CYVERY BAD SUPPORT Woocommerce direct API not supported but importing a csv file they say its working. I had tried to export a single product to a csv file, when tried to import to woocommerce the matching columns were complicated to match and the result was dissappointing. When i requested for help as a PRO PLAN member, the support told me that this is how the product is shown!!! when importing as a csv. I can say that the behaviour of the support person was ignorant, and therefore i requested a cancellation after just few hours and refund... Its been almost 4 days my plan is not cancelled and my refund is not proceeded.
