Never received my product and no message from the company I have purchased a foundation due to really nice reviews. I guess it is a nice product, but I have just never received it, nor have I received any replies to my questions from the company in regards to when I will receive my order. Due to the tracking no. the package is still in transit after more than 2 months. It is okay to have issues with custom, but if this is the case, then I would rather have the company saying that they can’t sell to these specific countries – in this case Denmark. Now I just want to get my money back – but what is the chance of that, when the company simply don’t reply to my emails? I would really not recommend buying from them.

Love Concealer I love the concealer. It does a great job of helping with my dark circles. It's always in my bag. It arrives every other month with my subscription. It's a bit pricey but well worth it.

the Veil Sunset foundation I use the Veil Sunset foundation and usually purchase from an online store in the UK (I live in Australia). I absolutely love this foundation. Unfortunately it was unavailable from my usual store, so I searched the company. I placed an order then was advised issue with international shipping. They promptly refunded me. A few weeks later my original order arrived at no cost. I was so surprised! I sent a heartfelt thank you to the Veil team. Can’t get better service than that!
