Love Concealer I love the concealer. It does a great job of helping with my dark circles. It's always in my bag. It arrives every other month with my subscription. It's a bit pricey but well worth it.

Terrible service Terrible service. Nobody you can speak to. They don’t reply to emails and the customer service number goes straight to voice mail. They respond to the message left on the voicemail by email but will not respond to a direct email. Ordered and days later never received an email with the tracking info. No reply to my messages initially. Then when I left a voice mail saying if I didn’t hear back by Monday I’d dispute the charge with my CC - they sent an email saying they had refunded my money. So basically they can’t be bothered to address the problem or speak to you in person. Never received the product obviously and will never order from them again

the Veil Sunset foundation I use the Veil Sunset foundation and usually purchase from an online store in the UK (I live in Australia). I absolutely love this foundation. Unfortunately it was unavailable from my usual store, so I searched the company. I placed an order then was advised issue with international shipping. They promptly refunded me. A few weeks later my original order arrived at no cost. I was so surprised! I sent a heartfelt thank you to the Veil team. Can’t get better service than that! I think I might keep ordering directly now. Many thanks team.
