USTerrible service Terrible service. Nobody you can speak to. They don’t reply to emails and the customer service number goes straight to voice mail. They respond to the message left on the voicemail by email but will not respond to a direct email. Ordered and days later never received an email with the tracking info. No reply to my messages initially. Then when I left a voice mail saying if I didn’t hear back by Monday I’d dispute the charge with my CC - they sent an email saying they had refunded my money. So basically they can’t be bothered to address the problem or speak to you in person. Never received the product obviously and will never order from them again

GBTerrible customer service. Poor product. Terrible customer service on trying to return a product. Product itself is very drying and cakey. Not a natural look at all. Would not recommend company or product.

DKFraud Company? Fraud Company?? As another danish customer, who has given a bad trust pilot rating - I will do the same. I live in DK - and have not received my package. I got an email saying that the package had been delivered somewhere in USA... I have written to Veil Cosmetic twice, on different email adresses, but get no answer/bounce back - saying that email do not exist. I have written on their Facebook messenger and got an (auto)response: sorry for the delay - and that they will forward my complaint to customer service. At this point I am very sceptical and I have claimed my money back now! Waste of time. Do not buy here.

DKNever received my product and no message from the company I have purchased a foundation due to really nice reviews. I guess it is a nice product, but I have just never received it, nor have I received any replies to my questions from the company in regards to when I will receive my order. Due to the tracking no. the package is still in transit after more than 2 months. It is okay to have issues with custom, but if this is the case, then I would rather have the company saying that they can’t sell to these specific countries – in this case Denmark. Now I just want to get my money back – but what is the chance of that, when the company simply don’t reply to my emails? I would really not recommend buying from them.
