GBI have tried to transfer my website to… I have tried to transfer my website to another platform due to poor services. I have consistently asked for the EPP and no one is ready to give it to me. This has lingered for well over 8 months. They have a very poor customer relationship. Sadly, even with their poor services, they send threatening mails.

GBThis company is a joke! I don't know who is rating them 4 and 5 stars because there is a recurring theme here! Advertising VIP support is a joke! My Account Manager “Elliot” did not offer any support at all. Is this a scam? I can never get anyone on the phone or “24-hour” web support. SMH. I requested and still waiting on an auth code to transfer a year later. Unacceptable!

GBTerrible Hosting Allowed me to Build a Site, Paid Someone to carry it our then they without warning charged my PayPal for $280 pounds for hosting which I applied to get back. They cancelled the account and disabled the site and said I need to start again after paying Money for the site. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS

GBNon-patronising jargon-free replies I've been through a number of hosting providers over the years... and HostGrid win hands down. Lightening fast replies, great prices and with me being "less than an expert"... it's so refreshing to have explanations in non-patronising jargon-free language. GBIf I could give them a 0 If I could give them a 0, I would. They are scrupulous in their business practices. They charged me for subscriptions that were canceled in January 2022. I was refunded for one and did not expect another charge when I canceled them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They charge without notice even when subscriptions are canceled.
