This company is a joke! I don't know who is rating them 4 and 5 stars because there is a recurring theme here! Advertising VIP support is a joke! My Account Manager “Elliot” did not offer any support at all. Is this a scam? I can never get anyone on the phone or “24-hour” web support. SMH. I requested and still waiting on an auth code to transfer a year later. Unacceptable!

It's been months now and their email… It's been months now and their email system is just pathetic. If you have a business with email, don't move it here. The webmail is a mess, not functional. It's not just bad, the page is a horrible jumble of nothing and you won't receive many important emails. Their SMTP/POP servers are a joke. They told me that instead of being able to use all my emails at once (all 4) I need to log out of one completely and then into the other. That used to work but now the boxes are all empty and inaccessible. Instead of fixing things, they give you work arounds that stop working. What a horror; there is no telling how much business I've lost due to not getting email, and they don't even let you know when the email is down, probably because their email is down! Sad, I paid a year two months ago, now I need to find a new host. smh, really shoddy service.

No Phone phone support No Phone phone support. If you want to transfer you're domain to a different company good luck. The lock you're Domain that you paid for and refuse to unlock it.

BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I have had the worst experience. No help in the transfer. Transfer failed. Lost most of my information. Switched my email to webmail which doesn't function like I need it to. I since have had to rebuild my website on another hosting site but cannot transfer my domain. I cannot reach anyone and the emails were not timely or helpful. Now I am locked out from making changes to the account. I called several times. Noone answers the phone and the other number is not working. I now cannot get into my account to transfer out. I called another hosting company and they tell me HostGrid owns my domain now and there is nothing I can do except get an attorney to file suit. I opened this account with HOSTGRID in February and I still have no help or response from HOSTGRID and it's May 6th. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! IF YOU ARE OWNER/MANAGER OR EMPLOYEE OF HOSTGRID READING THIS... I NEED THE LINK TO TRANSFER MY DOMAIN FROM/OUT OF HOSTGRID ASAP!!!!
