If I could give them a 0 If I could give them a 0, I would. They are scrupulous in their business practices. They charged me for subscriptions that were canceled in January 2022. I was refunded for one and did not expect another charge when I canceled them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They charge without notice even when subscriptions are canceled.

Non-patronising jargon-free replies I've been through a number of hosting providers over the years... and HostGrid win hands down. Lightening fast replies, great prices and with me being "less than an expert"... it's so refreshing to have explanations in non-patronising jargon-free language. This company is a joke! I don't know who is rating them 4 and 5 stars because there is a recurring theme here! Advertising VIP support is a joke! My Account Manager “Elliot” did not offer any support at all. Is this a scam? I can never get anyone on the phone or “24-hour” web support. SMH. I requested and still waiting on an auth code to transfer a year later. Unacceptable!

Worse company ever!!! Worse company ever!!! Our startup company is with Host Grid and we’ve had nothing but problems with the email they provide. They sent us a webmail url and it worked up until today. Now no email or anyone to help resolve the issues. I want to cancel my service with them but need my email meesages 😡
