GBI have tried to transfer my website to… I have tried to transfer my website to another platform due to poor services. I have consistently asked for the EPP and no one is ready to give it to me. This has lingered for well over 8 months. They have a very poor customer relationship. Sadly, even with their poor services, they send threatening mails.

GBBUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I have had the worst experience. No help in the transfer. Transfer failed. Lost most of my information. Switched my email to webmail which doesn't function like I need it to. I since have had to rebuild my website on another hosting site but cannot transfer my domain. I cannot reach anyone and the emails were not timely or helpful. Now I am locked out from making changes to the account. I called several times. Noone answers the phone and the other number is not working. I now cannot get into my account to transfer out. I called another hosting company and they tell me HostGrid owns my domain now and there is nothing I can do except get an attorney to file suit. I opened this account with HOSTGRID in February and I still have no help or response from HOSTGRID and it's May 6th. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! IF YOU ARE OWNER/MANAGER OR EMPLOYEE OF HOSTGRID READING THIS... I NEED THE LINK TO TRANSFER MY DOMAIN FROM/OUT OF HOSTGRID ASAP!!!!

GBThis company is a joke! I don't know who is rating them 4 and 5 stars because there is a recurring theme here! Advertising VIP support is a joke! My Account Manager “Elliot” did not offer any support at all. Is this a scam? I can never get anyone on the phone or “24-hour” web support. SMH. I requested and still waiting on an auth code to transfer a year later. Unacceptable!

GBMy account was renewed early without warning My account was renewed without any type of email warning a month before it would have expired. I in fact had not used the account recently and was trying to cancel the account but was unable to access or get help to support. When I finally was able to get into the account I contacted support to get a refund and even after giving them the information directly from their portal they were denying that they could verify the account and kept trying to upsell me services. I was promised a refund in 5 to 7 days I will see if that happens.

GBHostgrid, poor communication and refund Our account was cancelled Dec 2021 should have had a refund £47, never received, they never responded to messages, then this year 12 months later they asked for over £236 for a domain renewal although cancelled. Useless when trying to contact them, gave up and made sure the bank blocked any attempt to obtain payment
