I attempted to transfer my domain to use their hosting services and was unhappy with their service, dashboard, customer service, EVERYTHING! I would stay away from this company if you’re looking for hosting services.

GBNo Phone phone support No Phone phone support. If you want to transfer you're domain to a different company good luck. The lock you're Domain that you paid for and refuse to unlock it.

GBTerrible Hosting Allowed me to Build a Site, Paid Someone to carry it our then they without warning charged my PayPal for $280 pounds for hosting which I applied to get back. They cancelled the account and disabled the site and said I need to start again after paying Money for the site. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS

GBThis company is a joke! I don't know who is rating them 4 and 5 stars because there is a recurring theme here! Advertising VIP support is a joke! My Account Manager “Elliot” did not offer any support at all. Is this a scam? I can never get anyone on the phone or “24-hour” web support. SMH. I requested and still waiting on an auth code to transfer a year later. Unacceptable!
