This company is a joke! I don't know who is rating them 4 and 5 stars because there is a recurring theme here! Advertising VIP support is a joke! My Account Manager “Elliot” did not offer any support at all. Is this a scam? I can never get anyone on the phone or “24-hour” web support. SMH. I requested and still waiting on an auth code to transfer a year later. Unacceptable!

Non-patronising jargon-free replies I've been through a number of hosting providers over the years... and HostGrid win hands down. Lightening fast replies, great prices and with me being "less than an expert"... it's so refreshing to have explanations in non-patronising jargon-free language. Hostgrid, poor communication and refund Our account was cancelled Dec 2021 should have had a refund £47, never received, they never responded to messages, then this year 12 months later they asked for over £236 for a domain renewal although cancelled. Useless when trying to contact them, gave up and made sure the bank blocked any attempt to obtain payment
