GBI have tried to transfer my website to… I have tried to transfer my website to another platform due to poor services. I have consistently asked for the EPP and no one is ready to give it to me. This has lingered for well over 8 months. They have a very poor customer relationship. Sadly, even with their poor services, they send threatening mails.

GBMy account was renewed early without warning My account was renewed without any type of email warning a month before it would have expired. I in fact had not used the account recently and was trying to cancel the account but was unable to access or get help to support. When I finally was able to get into the account I contacted support to get a refund and even after giving them the information directly from their portal they were denying that they could verify the account and kept trying to upsell me services. I was promised a refund in 5 to 7 days I will see if that happens.

GBHostgrid, poor communication and refund Our account was cancelled Dec 2021 should have had a refund £47, never received, they never responded to messages, then this year 12 months later they asked for over £236 for a domain renewal although cancelled. Useless when trying to contact them, gave up and made sure the bank blocked any attempt to obtain payment

GBIt's been months now and their email… It's been months now and their email system is just pathetic. If you have a business with email, don't move it here. The webmail is a mess, not functional. It's not just bad, the page is a horrible jumble of nothing and you won't receive many important emails. Their SMTP/POP servers are a joke. They told me that instead of being able to use all my emails at once (all 4) I need to log out of one completely and then into the other. That used to work but now the boxes are all empty and inaccessible. Instead of fixing things, they give you work arounds that stop working. What a horror; there is no telling how much business I've lost due to not getting email, and they don't even let you know when the email is down, probably because their email is down! Sad, I paid a year two months ago, now I need to find a new host. smh, really shoddy service.
