I attempted to transfer my domain to use their hosting services and was unhappy with their service, dashboard, customer service, EVERYTHING! This company is a joke! I don't know who is rating them 4 and 5 stars because there is a recurring theme here! Advertising VIP support is a joke! My Account Manager “Elliot” did not offer any support at all. Is this a scam? I can never get anyone on the phone or “24-hour” web support. SMH. I requested and still waiting on an auth code to transfer a year later. Unacceptable!
