We would like to make our video. Enough is enough already. Please everyone don't waste your time and money on this company.

I didn't spend alot of time researching… I didn't spend alot of time researching online companies, I found Video Profs, quickly checked out their work and the price, chatted with Greg live, and I was SOLD. No selling was necessary, he listened to me and I felt he genuinely cared about my specific needs. Now my new project is under way!! I feel totally confident I made the right decision, and you will too.

Nightmare Project Similar to the latest 1 star, we also were treated unfairly. We ordered 6 videos, which we were told to be done within 10-12 weeks. This was in January. To this day, we only have 2 of the videos completed and trying to resolve the rest of this project is a nightmare. I even agreed to not dispute any charges because we hopped on a call and I was willing to work with them however they are still not delivering any work so I have lost all faith. Do not work with them, they have "lost" my responses to their eamils with directions so I have to tell them things multiple times, they also have emailed me from each others emails making me curious if they even are being truthful with who they are. The quality of work is much less than what is shown before you work with them. Dont make the mistake we made. The other 5 star reviews seem mostly, if not all, fake.
