My experience with Jake Austin is very… My experience with Jake Austin is very positive. I hired Jake to redesign my Website three weeks ago, and sofa I can say I am satisfy with his work. Jake is a very happy man, he always smiling he has a positive attitude he can change somebody mood in a minute. I will refer my church, my friends to Jake Austin.

This company is a rip off scam outfit! I am another consumer and this rip off report is accurate because they tried to rip me off as well!!! They took my money and ran...Not one call or email from them when I started calling them to find out where the product was...Thank God my credit card company was able to get my money back when I disputed...the company is owned by Steve and Mark Anderson and is really based out of Teaneck New Jersey...Until you've paid, they will call you from a phone number based in Irvington, New Jersey, right next to Newark, New Jersey...the reason that is significant is because they advertise that they are in a location in Newark California. Their real address is 264 Hemlock Terrace, Teaneck, New Jersey 07666...Now, they have begun to start harrassing me, because I was able to get my money back and I'm getting disgusting texts from the phone number 213-419-3097 saying that it's Michael from Design Dok...I have made a complaint to the New Jersey Attorney General...Anderson's email is steve(dot)anderson@designdok(dot)com

7 months and the site still doesn't… 7 months and the site still doesn't work. another application is running in the background to help troubleshooting, but left online for months. Three different sales people in the last 3 months. acknowledges i have issue, but doesn't resolve it.

Highly Professional Team I had 2 projects with this company - a logo design and a website design. The Logo work was great, the project manager was very professional and I am very satisfied with their work, Kudos to the team. They did a great job on my logo, however they did try and up-sell me to a better package after I signed up for what I thought was already a professional level package, Frank Williams is a very helpful account manager i've come across. Highly recommend these guys for the business

100% SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company has defrauded me out of $4624.00 over the course of a year. They are touting themselves a web developers. They have not delivered what was agreed upon and then send me "reciepts for payments" I have made rather than the line item invoices for every payment that I have repeatedly requested. They are a fraudulent group out of India working here in New Jersey. Others have been frauded for large sums as well. These people need to be arrested! I have reported them to the FTC, FBI and IC3. They have refused the supposed 100% money back guarentee.
