This company is a rip off scam outfit! I am another consumer and this rip off report is accurate because they tried to rip me off as well!!! They took my money and ran...Not one call or email from them when I started calling them to find out where the product was...Thank God my credit card company was able to get my money back when I disputed...the company is owned by Steve and Mark Anderson and is really based out of Teaneck New Jersey...Until you've paid, they will call you from a phone number based in Irvington, New Jersey, right next to Newark, New Jersey...the reason that is significant is because they advertise that they are in a location in Newark California. Their real address is 264 Hemlock Terrace, Teaneck, New Jersey 07666...Now, they have begun to start harrassing me, because I was able to get my money back and I'm getting disgusting texts from the phone number 213-419-3097 saying that it's Michael from Design Dok...I have made a complaint to the New Jersey Attorney General...Anderson's email is steve(dot)anderson@designdok(dot)com

Don't walk; RUN AWAY!!!!! Don't even think about using these guys. Don't walk, RUN AWAY. A complete and utter, sham. I'm trying to figure out how to call the California Secretary of State or Attorney Generals' office. They have left our job incomplete and never uploaded the site to our host. Now I will have to start from scratch and build it myself. You don't want this.

Do not proceed with this company Do not proceed with this company. i have been disputing my website with them since june of 2020. We are now 6 months inand I have no progress with them. This company will constanlty call you and ask you for money to furthur the progress with your tasks. They work Is very Amateur. Throughout my experience they have changed my project manager so many times. Its awful.

Brian Willson was fantastic to work with ! Working with Designdok was a great learning experience. I learned all the ins and outs to having a website and all the features it comes with. This is a very big investment, but hopefully my business will thrive, making it all worth it. Brian was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. He played the key role in making my vision come to life and although it took many attempts, he never quit until i was fully satisfied. He was professional and made the approproate adjustments to any tweaks i needed done. This is the worst company This is the worst company. I've been dealing with them since March 2020. I still don't have a working website and unfortunately, I've given them over $2k. I would not recommend them for anything. They use alias names, pass the problem on to other people, never come through on their stated time of 24-48 hours. I would have been better off using GoDaddy.com or any other american web page designer.
