They sell you a website that you build, the work looks as if a beginner is putting it together, and afterwards they continue to charge money until you wise up, at which time they scramble your site because they direct it to their own server and control the future of your site until you cut your losses and get on here to report them. They should be locked up or worse

I'm trying to figure out how to call the California Secretary of State or Attorney Generals' office. They have left our job incomplete and never uploaded the site to our host.
