Big Mistake!!! I don't like writing 1 star reviews, but in this situation, I think it's necessary so others don't make the same mistake I made. Unfortunately, I have to agree with all the other unhappy customer reviews. I believe this company is a scam. I paid $3,398 for a website and SEO, and what I received was very poor quality and unprofessional. When I finally did get a rough draft of my website, it was worse than my current website which I made myself in a couple of hours on a drag and drop site. They advertise a 100% money back guarantee, but they don't honor it. They claim they're in Newark, CA, but when I called that industrial park, I couldn't find them. I wish I would have never gone with this company. Big mistake!!!

Basically that the design firm will handle business the way you do yours? Then DesignDok is unequivocally the design company to STEER CLEAR FROM! You will get nothing that they promise and in particular the 100% moneyback guarantee when they inevitably fail you! They waste no time getting your money from you but will refuse to give it back when you ask because of their incompetency. Save your money. These guys are completely inept, crooked and a waste of your time and money! You will profit more by simply starting a fire in your outdoor grill with that money.

Do not proceed with this company Do not proceed with this company. i have been disputing my website with them since june of 2020. We are now 6 months inand I have no progress with them. This company will constanlty call you and ask you for money to furthur the progress with your tasks. They work Is very Amateur. Throughout my experience they have changed my project manager so many times. Its awful.

This company is a rip off scam outfit! I am another consumer and this rip off report is accurate because they tried to rip me off as well!!! They took my money and ran...Not one call or email from them when I started calling them to find out where the product was...Thank God my credit card company was able to get my money back when I disputed...the company is owned by Steve and Mark Anderson and is really based out of Teaneck New Jersey...Until you've paid, they will call you from a phone number based in Irvington, New Jersey, right next to Newark, New Jersey...the reason that is significant is because they advertise that they are in a location in Newark California. Their real address is 264 Hemlock Terrace, Teaneck, New Jersey 07666...Now, they have begun to start harrassing me, because I was able to get my money back and I'm getting disgusting texts from the phone number 213-419-3097 saying that it's Michael from Design Dok...I have made a complaint to the New Jersey Attorney General...Anderson's email is steve(dot)anderson@designdok(dot)com
