And if you have problems, you can trust that the next level up will be able to handle it? Would you like to trust that commitments will be followed through on? Basically that the design firm will handle business the way you do yours? Then DesignDok is unequivocally the design company to STEER CLEAR FROM! You will get nothing that they promise and in particular the 100% moneyback guarantee when they inevitably fail you! They waste no time getting your money from you but will refuse to give it back when you ask because of their incompetency. Save your money. These guys are completely inept, crooked and a waste of your time and money! You will profit more by simply starting a fire in your outdoor grill with that money.

This is the worst company This is the worst company. I've been dealing with them since March 2020. I still don't have a working website and unfortunately, I've given them over $2k. I would not recommend them for anything. They use alias names, pass the problem on to other people, never come through on their stated time of 24-48 hours. I would have been better off using GoDaddy.com or any other american web page designer.

Do not proceed with this company Do not proceed with this company. i have been disputing my website with them since june of 2020. We are now 6 months inand I have no progress with them. This company will constanlty call you and ask you for money to furthur the progress with your tasks. They work Is very Amateur. Throughout my experience they have changed my project manager so many times. Its awful.

Highly Professional Team I had 2 projects with this company - a logo design and a website design. The Logo work was great, the project manager was very professional and I am very satisfied with their work, Kudos to the team. They did a great job on my logo, however they did try and up-sell me to a better package after I signed up for what I thought was already a professional level package, Frank Williams is a very helpful account manager i've come across. Highly recommend these guys for the business

The skill of the programmers at… The skill of the programmers at Designdok are unmatched. They turned my website into a Hollywood movie production. They are so much more than a graphic design house, they offer a complete package. Make sure you ask for Jim Anderson at extension 1581 when you call. He will see to it that your projects are launched on time and at the best price. I plan on driving all of my marketing business their way.
