Brian Willson was fantastic to work with ! Working with Designdok was a great learning experience. I learned all the ins and outs to having a website and all the features it comes with. This is a very big investment, but hopefully my business will thrive, making it all worth it. Brian was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. He played the key role in making my vision come to life and although it took many attempts, he never quit until i was fully satisfied. He was professional and made the approproate adjustments to any tweaks i needed done. Big Mistake!!! I don't like writing 1 star reviews, but in this situation, I think it's necessary so others don't make the same mistake I made. Unfortunately, I have to agree with all the other unhappy customer reviews. I believe this company is a scam. I paid $3,398 for a website and SEO, and what I received was very poor quality and unprofessional. When I finally did get a rough draft of my website, it was worse than my current website which I made myself in a couple of hours on a drag and drop site. They advertise a 100% money back guarantee, but they don't honor it. They claim they're in Newark, CA, but when I called that industrial park, I couldn't find them. I wish I would have never gone with this company. Big mistake!!!

Highly Professional Team I had 2 projects with this company - a logo design and a website design. The Logo work was great, the project manager was very professional and I am very satisfied with their work, Kudos to the team. They did a great job on my logo, however they did try and up-sell me to a better package after I signed up for what I thought was already a professional level package, Frank Williams is a very helpful account manager i've come across. Highly recommend these guys for the business

This company is a rip off scam outfit! I am another consumer and this rip off report is accurate because they tried to rip me off as well!!! They took my money and ran...Not one call or email from them when I started calling them to find out where the product was...Thank God my credit card company was able to get my money back when I disputed...the company is owned by Steve and Mark Anderson and is really based out of Teaneck New Jersey...Until you've paid, they will call you from a phone number based in Irvington, New Jersey, right next to Newark, New Jersey...the reason that is significant is because they advertise that they are in a location in Newark California. Their real address is 264 Hemlock Terrace, Teaneck, New Jersey 07666...Now, they have begun to start harrassing me, because I was able to get my money back and I'm getting disgusting texts from the phone number 213-419-3097 saying that it's Michael from Design Dok...I have made a complaint to the New Jersey Attorney General...Anderson's email is steve(dot)anderson@designdok(dot)com

This is the worst company This is the worst company. I've been dealing with them since March 2020. I still don't have a working website and unfortunately, I've given them over $2k. I would not recommend them for anything. They use alias names, pass the problem on to other people, never come through on their stated time of 24-48 hours. I would have been better off using GoDaddy.com or any other american web page designer.
