DEDon't trust it. I bought the headphones and they are of Aliexpress quality, both the printed instructions, the material, bluethooth connection, TERRIBLE translation and on top of that, I claim my right to return and they want me to take care of the costs when my reason for returning their product is that they are devices over 400 dollars that have a quality of about 20 dollars. That is, QUALITY, so as their own returns law says, THEY have to take charge, they offer me a discount so that I can keep the product, they ask me for videos of my complaint, I am telling you that the materials and quality are Poor things, don't prolong the situation so that the return deadline passes, take the blame and keep the customer happy and even more so when we say that we were going to give a second chance in the future. Don't trust it. SHAMEFUL.

USHorrible Customer Service, had to file with my credit card company I am another customer who ordered this item and never received it. I called customer service and there were literally roosters crowing in the background the whole time. They promised to escalate my case and respond within 24 hours but they never responded or sent an email or anything. When I contacted them again, they keep telling me to be patient. They won't help me at all despite this item being lost in transit for two weeks. My post master confirmed that it is lost despite being scanned into a facility thousands of miles away from my home over a week ago where it hasn't moved since. I have contacted their customer service numerous times and they won't help me at all.

GBI ordered their flagship W2 Edge model… I ordered their flagship W2 Edge model from this company and for some reason I thought they were American, they're Chinese and as I found out, I got Chinese customer service! Shipping was fast but the product arrived defective. One earbud worked but the left earbud was totally dead. I have tried explaining this to them many times in the chat and via email but the refuse to listen. They asked me to make a video of the defective product (which I did) then their technical support department requested another video of the defective product this time in it's charging case. I was reluctant to play these silly games, I know when a device is charging and when it isn't, I also know when a device is working and when a device is totally dead! Nonetheless, they will not help or replace the earbud until they get their precious video... what next? A video of my standing on on a table or leaning out of a window whilst holding the left earbud at 90 degrees to the position of the moon before they finally accept that their product is terrible? Take advice from the reviews here, the product quality is poor. The translations software is poor, the customer service is shocking!! AVOID!!!

USWorst company ever! Shop on Amazon instead!!! So I tried calling tried messaging because they were not working no matter the amount of resets. I followed everything. They are now saying I pay shipping AND they are going to deduct 10% if it’s not perfect. Well packaging is perfect. Oh and they offered 15% off to keep them. What a crock of a company! Amazon I never should have ordered from anyone else! I feel like I cheated on my shopping site and I’m paying for it LITERALLY!!!

CATHIEVES THIEVES Hands down the worst company I've ever tried to deal with. Never received my order, they've taken my money and stopped replying to EVERY avenue of communication they recommend. As far as I'm concerned they're thieves and not to be trusted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It cost me $200. I'm not the only one.
