GeeksTechPro = outstanding company! GeeksTechPro is an outstanding company with VERY PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS. I have been amazed by their technical skills to solve ANY issue I have experienced. Steve Rogers is one of the best technicians with whom I have worked. He is friendly! He is knowledgeable! He is PATIENT with me! I can always count on GeeksTechPro to bring my computer back to life! This is the worse company ever!! This is the worse company ever!!! I purchased a package for 2 years. The first time they cleaned my computer was great BUT then it went downhill for there. Everytime I called to get my computer cleaned it took over 2 hours. Then they tried to tell me that I had a trojan virus, which they wanted to charge me more money. They take control of your computer and you have no ideal what they are getting into or doing. My system still runs slow after supposedly cleaned it. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Geeks Tech Pro won't stop until your problem is fixed! I was connected to Geeks Tech Pro through HP help. They were fantastic. A seemingly minor problem with ink in my HP 6970 had tied up the machine for 4 days -- it wouldn't even let me scan to computer. The problem interrupted my home WIFI network as well. John and Charlie spent hours, literally, finding the source of the shutdown. I bought a network security plan (finally), and paid a relatively LOW technician fee. They called back to next day to check on things, and the day after that to ensure the printer and network were all working. I would highly recommend this company for technical support.

I have been using Geeks Tech Pro LLC… I have been using Geeks Tech Pro LLC for several years and I don't know what I would do without them. I am only partly tech-savvy, so I don't understand a lot of this, but Geeks are always there to fix things for me. I think they are wonderful. They are polite and friendly and patient. They never make me feel that I am stupid and always manage to make things right.
