This would be even lower if it were… This would be even lower if it were possible. I too was taken in by the, "we have you covered, it'll be great", "a simple to build database" pitch. To the point that when I received the, "to really help you we need to have a concierge call" message, I was happy to sign-up. Should have seen it coming.... I could got into the disappointing details which I feel the world should know, suffice it to say I echo the sentiments of those that have written reviews here, and only add that they're still selling the snake oil as of February 2024.

NINOX POS & ANDY MARKS SUCK This is one of the worst systems I've ever seen. But what's even worse is Andy Marks. I've never met a more rude egotistical beligerent conceited know it all in my life. Pats himself on the back constantly telling you how good he is and he cannot fix his on work in the system Ninox and Andy are a waste of time and money If you are considering anything to do with these people RUN. Andy Marks KARMA or Something is gonna catch up to you.

With a little effort and organisation on Nioxus' part this could very easily have been a five star review I joined Nioxus with a basic membership in April 2021 after watching the videos on their YouTube channel so that I could access more content. This worked fine. I then booked a free 15 minute concierge call and communication was great. During the concierge call we agreed that Nioxus could help me with implementing some aspects which I didn't have the skills for in Ninox. I booked another full one hour concierge session at $150.00 and during this call David told me that I could book additional concierge hours in a block and get 5 hours for the price of 4. I tried to book but their website (which really isn't great - lots of loops) wouldn't let me. I contacted support and was told that my Basic membership doesn't allow for the discount and it would cost $750.00. As there was no benefit for block booking I decided to continue to book as each hour was needed. I booked my second concierge hour but Nioxus requested to change the day and time at short notice. No big deal, it didn't really matter to me so I went with the new time. I then booked my third hour for May 10th, this time with Andy. Everything is going great, Andy seems to know what he's talking about and we're making progress. It's essential to get the recordings for the concierge calls so that you can look back to see what was done during the call. For my first two meetings I received the link automatically. For this 3rd meeting I had to request the link which I received 3 days later. All just little hiccups - no big deal. On May 26th I contacted Andy to request another concierge meeting. I heard nothing back so on June 14th I emailed again. I heard back and another concierge meeting was set up for the following week. With a couple of hours notice Andy contacted me to say he had to move the meeting to the following day. Again, no big deal. It was agreed during this concierge session on June 23rd ( which only lasted about 10 minutes and for which I received no recording) that Andy would work on my project with an anticipated 3 to 4 hours required at $150.00 per hour. I agreed to this. he said he would charge the card on file and get back to me in a couple of weeks. By August 6th I had heard nothing and sent an email requesting an update. No response. I emailed again on October 20th. No response. In January 2022 I received an email from Terri saying that my credit card was no longer working for processing my membership. I emailed back and said that I had checked with the bank and they told me there was no issue. I also mentioned in the email that I hadn't heard form Andy since June. I received a response saying that the card had been blocked by their bank as high risk. I contacted my bank and they couldn't understand what the issue might be but that it could only be resolved at the Nioxus end. The response also stated "I cannot speak to your last concierge session. Did you purchase another concierge hour for the work to be done? I do not see it." I responded "Regarding the concierge – at the end of the last session Andy was estimating 3 or four hours and that he would charge the card on file which I agreed with. The problem I have is that I heard nothing back and despite following up by email I still heard nothing back. I have no issue with paying for further concierge." Regarding my membership I contacted Terri to say that I did not have access to another card for payment and what other options were available. No response - and my membership was cancelled from their end. I paid for 5 hours of concierge at a total of $750.00 and was left with an uncompleted project. The worst thing about all of this is that Andy is clearly a clever guy who knows what he's talking about and I would have been prepared to spend quite a lot more to get my project up and running but I just got ignored. With a little effort and organisation on Nioxus' part this could very easily have been a five star review, they could have made lots of money from me, and I would have a working solution to make my work-life better. Sad! Based on my experience, and having read through the other reviews here on Trustpilot, I would not recommend Nioxus at all. Finally, if you check my other reviews you will see that this is the first negative review I have left for any company and, while I am uneasy about leaving such a negative review, I think it's only fair that others get to see what my real experience was.

Terrible Absolutely terrible, treat their employees like trash. Mismanaged, nothing is ever finished on time. Dishonest and they never stop emailing you, it's obnoxious.
