CATerrible Quick Books hosting service Terrible Quick Books hosting service. Over 3 hours of emails back and forth to trouble shoot why I cant open my company file. I am tired of constantly opening a ticket with them 3 times a week. I am moving to Quick Books books online

USOld servers that crash It used to be a good hosting site. It now crashes several times a week and we are submitting tickets to reboot. It is a 2012 server, when we asked when they planned to upgrade us to 2022 their reply was "we will upgrade you by the deadline. You are one of 10,000 servers we will be updating". that response really didn't make us feel special. When we asked if there was something to be done to prevent the crashing they told us "be sure users log out properly" We pay just under 1k a month for hosting. That value made it quite nice to pencil out switching or setting up our own server. Not recommended!

USDon't use them for Quickbooks hosting They provide Quickbooks Desktop Hosting but their servers corrupt the file and they claim no responsibility. I know of multiple companies that have hosted their Quickbooks with them and had file corruption issues. Avoid them for Quickbooks hosting!

CAsummit hosting is a joke summit hosting is a joke. seems like every week i am emailing back and forth trying to resolve some sort of problem. this has caused my company to loose revenue multiple times. instead of talking to a live agent they seem to communicate VIA email which is very poor customer service. I as a company do not recommend using this service.

USResponsive, Knowledgeable Support. My company has used Summit Hosting (formerly INSYNQ) for over five years to host our QuickBooks products. Although I work within Quickbooks, I'm also the on-site IT. I can truly say that Summit Hosting is one of the very few companies I don't hate to have to contact. Most companies take days to respond, and only escalate you to an actual engineer until you've relayed your issue several times. Summit's support escalates problems, almost immediately. Within an hour or less I'm already speaking with an engineer. Minutes later, the problem is usually resolved. I wish all of our IT vendors operated with the same support system as Summit Hosting. Truly a great company. I have no hesitations on recommending them. I'm not sure why people say their support takes days to get back to them. Honestly, I've never found this to be the case.
