Nice VPS Service. I have been using Hyper EXpert for past three months and have had no problems with my vpn server. They notified system update outage (couple hours) well in advance.

Very good so far, but support should strive to go the extra mile I contacted their pre-sales and they answered all my questions with about a 2-4 hour turnaround on each email. They quickly resolved an issue I had. The purchase was quick and easy, and the server was set up within an hour. I contacted them about a migration, and they had that done within a day, including a few followup questions and issues. The only thing they didn't help with was setting it up so I didn't have to change the name servers on all 20 of my domains when they were already pointing to one of my own domains. They said it couldn't be done and just ended the conversation instead of trying to get it working. I figured it out myself with 2 minutes of research. This is a very common thing, so I'm surprised they weren't able to help. Other than that, I am happy with the speed and quality of service, and the server seems fast and stable so far.

Exceptional Expecience The deisgn is beautiful yet easy to navigate. Very good packages, that are quite fast despite their sometime limited capabilities. And best of all, it's served witha REASONABLE PRICE! I would HIGHLY reccomend HyperExpert to everyone that wants a VPS, but is tight on a budget
