Not what it used to be We run a nonprofit and had a static website and few email accounts. There was an outage around March 14th. I wasn't notified until one of our email users told us they were not receiving new emails, by March 18th. I sent a support ticket, got a refund for the remaining period, but by this time we had already lost a lot of important emails and our reputation. A simple email with a notification of the outage may have been enough to prevent this huge damage. I cannot recommend this company anymore

Good so far Good so far New user renting a VM, product performs well so far, the control panel appears to be fully featured with boots, reboots, reimages, VNC, etc etc. Looks good ; one of the better looking/featured interfaces from a couple of VPS providers I've taken budget plans with.

Excellent Servers & Performance at an excellent Value. Excellent Servers, Service, Price and Performance. I moved away from Vultr, I've been with Vultr for over 3 Years... Nothing Wrong with their servers, however, when comparing Performance and Price, Hyper Expert is excellent. I get more with Hyper Expert plus faster loading times. I've used Linode and Digitalocean before, but Hyper Expert for me is better, faster and amazing value. I hope to see this small company grow more and have at least more locations in the U.S. If you are moving away from Vultr, Linode or Digitalocean... Give Hyper Expert a try.

Lost my server and couldn't fix it Hyperexpert lost a server and completely screwed me over. They just gave me a dump of my data and said "figure it out yourself". I can't believe this is even legal.

Top Notch Customer Support and Service Quality Setting up a new account was quick and flawless. I submitted a support ticket to ask for an uncommon Linux distro on my VPS and they added it within minutes. Their responses were very helpful and on point. In addition to excellent service, their pricing is very competitive and better than most companies for the amount of computing resources provided. Furthermore, the design and layout of their customer portal is outstanding! I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend Hyper Expert to anyone.
