What a waste of money What a waste of money. The illustrations weren't great, looked nothing like what I asked for. That I was willing to work with, but they couldn't even get the words correct. After multiple failed attempts to have basic English corrected I finally gave up. It would be days or a week with nothing done and then if you sign in they will send you something. Otherwise they don't work on it. Horrible experience. I just wanted to make one book for a gift and I have nothing but wasted money and an email with a notepad attachment.

My clients were very happy to see the work, I was happy to have complete ownership of the designs, and the overall process was very smooth. Price: 8/10 Illustration: 9/10 Customer Service: 7/10. So overall its recommended!
