Competent company We have several dedicated servers and a few SSD VPS with netrouting. For more than 1 year we had no down time nor any problems. I can not rate the support since i never needed him. The VPS are super fast, around 1GB/s. Great company!

Stay away from this privacy invasive company requesting passport scans Stay away from this garbage privacy invasive company. They will start requesting a photo ID from you just to become a CUSTOMER!! Even if you have not even submitted any card details or payment info. They do this to protect themself they claim. No thank you. You are not a bank or the police. You cannot just gather peoples ID cards or passport which you want in high quality. How is this going to protect you from fraud? There is a big risk they will start requesting identification info from customers down the line I believe. If you dont want to provide it as a matter of principle, stay away from them!! Chances are they will terminate your account.

Netrouting - Amazing! I had decided two years ago that I wanted to create a server myself and host it in a facility for the purpose of running game servers. I had done a brief search and stumbled upon ColoHouse who then redirected me to Netrouting. I explained to Savvas and the rest of the crew what my needs were, and that I was very inexperienced in the colocating and web server hosting game. They were incredibly understanding and helpful the entire way through. They answered my many (and I do mean many) questions and were always available to help. If I needed to go visit the datacenter to fix an issue, they were only a phone call away. I had been with them for almost two years, and it was great. But things changed, my gameserver changed hands as I couldn't manage it any longer, and I had to leave Netrouting. I will say this for certain - in the future if I ever decide to start it up again (and who knows, the industry is fickle) Netrouting will be my very first choice, and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to have me as a customer again. I thank Netrouting for everything they've done. They've gone above and beyond, and I hope the situation presents itself where I can work with them again.

GREAT hosting!! I am really happy with Netrouting and have been that since day 1. I cant believe they have more reviews on Trustpilot really :D Great service, speed, uptime. My dedi had a uptime of 129 days (!!!) which means it has not been down a single time since it was first booted up. Haha talk about great and reliable server. I also believe that the value you get is really high. You can pay with paypal, credit card and even bitcoin which is really cool :D. I asked if the support could help me rebuild the server to another Debian version which they in only 2.5 hours. GREAT service. /Johannes

Every time I contact the support team …Dhiraj solves it Every time I contact the support team via chat and Dhiraj answers, certainly the issue will be fixed on the fly. I which every hosting company would have a professional like him. And I hope Netrouting get rid of the other guy called Avinash.
