I which every hosting company would have a professional like him. And I hope Netrouting get rid of the other guy called Avinash. Stay away from this privacy invasive company requesting passport scans Stay away from this garbage privacy invasive company. They will start requesting a photo ID from you just to become a CUSTOMER!! Even if you have not even submitted any card details or payment info. They do this to protect themself they claim. No thank you. You are not a bank or the police. You cannot just gather peoples ID cards or passport which you want in high quality. How is this going to protect you from fraud? There is a big risk they will start requesting identification info from customers down the line I believe. If you dont want to provide it as a matter of principle, stay away from them!! Chances are they will terminate your account.
