Stay away from this privacy invasive company requesting passport scans Stay away from this garbage privacy invasive company. They will start requesting a photo ID from you just to become a CUSTOMER!! Even if you have not even submitted any card details or payment info. They do this to protect themself they claim. No thank you. You are not a bank or the police. You cannot just gather peoples ID cards or passport which you want in high quality. How is this going to protect you from fraud? There is a big risk they will start requesting identification info from customers down the line I believe. If you dont want to provide it as a matter of principle, stay away from them!! Chances are they will terminate your account.

The VPS was faulty on delivery ( Bad… The VPS was faulty on delivery ( Bad boot device ) so I requested a refund as I needed it urgently to which support said they would process however it never arrived so I contacted again and was promised a refund within 48 hours which still never came & any email after that I didn't get a reply but luckily I paid with PayPal so I was able to get a full refund with PayPal's buyer protection.

Completelly awful hosting I'm using this hosting for 4 years. Very often their servers are down, support is sooo sloow, they always "surprised" when you say them about dead servers. I will never recommend this hosting! NEVER use it for busyness!! Answer: Oh, please! Your support was looking for the reason for 12+ hours. And found that server has blocked my IP. 12+ hours!!! I have tons of tickets "Showing 1 to 41 of 41 entries" All the way I have "404" from my sites, so please. Your support is useless. I'm gonna move from you very soon. Have a good day!
