About PeopleKeep

PeopleKeep is a new way to offer benefits called personalized benefits. Until now, most small businesses have been unable to offer traditional group benefits because they’re too expensive, too complicated, and too one-size-fits-all. Most people believe benefits are the services a company offers, such as a health insurance plan or 401(k). With personalized benefits, it’s the opposite. Companies give employees tax-free money to spend on the consumer services they find most valuable. It’s as simple as wages. The company sets a monthly benefit allowance, and employees buy what fits their personal needs. This saves companies and employees an average of 35 percent in taxes compared with wages while avoiding the pains of offering traditional group benefits.

I would recommend People Keep as an… I would recommend People Keep as an HRA. I've been very pleased how smooth, fast, and easy it is to get reimbursed. I really like how easy it is to view my account and navigate the site. The chat support is very available and helpful.

After offering our employees a product… After offering our employees a product through Zane/PeopleKeep for years, I would never recommend them. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with & their response time to requests is zero. No dedicated rep. They have left our company hanging without support. It is sad and upsetting to see this happen. At one time they were a decent company.

STAY CLEAR!! Do not use this company. I would put a zero if I could. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY. It takes weeks to resolve issues. Obviously understaffed and unresponsive customer service issues.

There is no customer service from PeopleKeep There is no customer service from PeopleKeep. Their software is not accurate in tracking reimbursements. If you find an error, then they require you to schedule an appointment, which ends up been weeks out.

PeopleKeep was very good. Not any more PeopleKeep was very good. I used them for one of my companies for two years with no problems. When I went to sign up my second company recently, the prices had tripled. I was in a hurry and didn't really notice. What I did notice, was when they charged my card a second (unauthorized) time the next day. After speaking with them, all they have to say is that they 'recalculated' and decided that I owed them more. I will have to look for alternatives now.
