Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! GBThe top rated reviews are from 2 and 3 years ago. BEWARE If you look, there is only one recent review, and that review rates PeopleKeep as terrible. That is also my experience. Customer service--there really isn't any. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone! The "chat" is NOT LIVE. You key in your question and then wait days to receive an email response. OR there is no response at all. Arrgh. PeopleKeep was recommended to me as it is less costly than "the other company." Do your employees a favor and spend the dollars to get a company that delivers the service.
