Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! GBThere is ZERO customer service There is ZERO customer service, you can't get a person on the phone and the 'schedule a call' is not available for more than 3 business days. I'm currently looking for another provider unless they can fix this issue. It seems other have been having this same experience.

GBPeopleKeep is amazing PeopleKeep has been amazing. We've been with them for over a year and it has been the easiest, quickest way to handle healthcare reimbursement. The interface is easy, uploading documents is fast and painless, and we've never had a missed payment. I love the emails letting you know when a reimbursement is coming and the customer service team has also been super helpful!

GBDON'T use them!! DON'T use them!!! Never able to reach them by phone when you need to speak with them. I had to schedule a call back and it is 10 days out!
