GBThere is an error on the tax reports… There is an error on the tax reports that we did not receive from them until after the deadline. The soonest we can get a meeting to correct this is a month after we reported it. Half of our employees will have to file an extension because of them.

GBWe use Peoplekeep for company health… We use Peoplekeep for company health benefits and it’s great and inclusive. Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! GBThere is ZERO customer service There is ZERO customer service, you can't get a person on the phone and the 'schedule a call' is not available for more than 3 business days. I'm currently looking for another provider unless they can fix this issue. It seems other have been having this same experience.
