PeopleKeep was a great find for my boss to help us PeopleKeep was a great company for my boss to find to help get us some help with paying for our health care. I would recommend them to any small business looking to help their employees.

Beware --no support once you sign up I would not recomment them at all. I signed up and have not been able to get in touch with customer support for weeks. Their chat is not functional and their actual live person is not available for weeks. I set up an appointment and they cancelled the support meeting twice! There is no support at all.

DON'T use them!! DON'T use them!!! Never able to reach them by phone when you need to speak with them. I had to schedule a call back and it is 10 days out!

There is no customer service from PeopleKeep There is no customer service from PeopleKeep. Their software is not accurate in tracking reimbursements. If you find an error, then they require you to schedule an appointment, which ends up been weeks out.

STAY CLEAR!! Do not use this company. I would put a zero if I could. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY. It takes weeks to resolve issues. Obviously understaffed and unresponsive customer service issues.
