Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! I would recommend People Keep as an… I would recommend People Keep as an HRA. I've been very pleased how smooth, fast, and easy it is to get reimbursed. I really like how easy it is to view my account and navigate the site. The chat support is very available and helpful.

PeopleKeep was very good. Not any more PeopleKeep was very good. I used them for one of my companies for two years with no problems. When I went to sign up my second company recently, the prices had tripled. I was in a hurry and didn't really notice. What I did notice, was when they charged my card a second (unauthorized) time the next day. After speaking with them, all they have to say is that they 'recalculated' and decided that I owed them more. I will have to look for alternatives now.

Do NOT recommend this company I signed up with them in 2022 and they charged me for 2021. They auto-renewed me for 2023 and refuse to refund the charge even though I haven't used them since March of 2022. Customer service is terrible. You can't even schedule a call for a month. Their website won't even let you get to your profile, it just keeps logging you out. Avoid them at all costs.

There is an error on the tax reports… There is an error on the tax reports that we did not receive from them until after the deadline. The soonest we can get a meeting to correct this is a month after we reported it. Half of our employees will have to file an extension because of them.
