GBWe use Peoplekeep for company health… We use Peoplekeep for company health benefits and it’s great and inclusive. Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! Requesting reimbursement is easy and straight forward and having them available for questions has been wonderful. So far we are really enjoying PeopleKeep Medical Spa Stephanie

GBThere is no customer service from PeopleKeep There is no customer service from PeopleKeep. Their software is not accurate in tracking reimbursements. If you find an error, then they require you to schedule an appointment, which ends up been weeks out.

GBThe top rated reviews are from 2 and 3 years ago. BEWARE If you look, there is only one recent review, and that review rates PeopleKeep as terrible. That is also my experience. Customer service--there really isn't any. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone! The "chat" is NOT LIVE. You key in your question and then wait days to receive an email response. OR there is no response at all. Arrgh. PeopleKeep was recommended to me as it is less costly than "the other company." Do your employees a favor and spend the dollars to get a company that delivers the service.

GBVery easy to use! My company uses PeopleKeep to manage our health benefits. It's intuitive, easy to request reimbursement and helpful. I was able to be reimbursed for things I didn't know about it and it's saved me hundreds of dollars a month. I just wish there was an app for it, so I could take pictures of my receipts and submit expenses from the same device.

GBPeopleKeep was very good. Not any more PeopleKeep was very good. I used them for one of my companies for two years with no problems. When I went to sign up my second company recently, the prices had tripled. I was in a hurry and didn't really notice. What I did notice, was when they charged my card a second (unauthorized) time the next day. After speaking with them, all they have to say is that they 'recalculated' and decided that I owed them more. I will have to look for alternatives now.
