Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! GBThere is an error on the tax reports… There is an error on the tax reports that we did not receive from them until after the deadline. The soonest we can get a meeting to correct this is a month after we reported it. Half of our employees will have to file an extension because of them.

GBVery easy to use Very easy to use. The response time is fantastic and everyone is so helpful. The website is easy to maneuver and understand what is or isn't covered. As an Administrator for my company the benefits are easy to explain to my employees. No complaints at all.

GBDON'T use them!! DON'T use them!!! Never able to reach them by phone when you need to speak with them. I had to schedule a call back and it is 10 days out!

GBVery easy to use! My company uses PeopleKeep to manage our health benefits. It's intuitive, easy to request reimbursement and helpful. I was able to be reimbursed for things I didn't know about it and it's saved me hundreds of dollars a month. I just wish there was an app for it, so I could take pictures of my receipts and submit expenses from the same device.
