Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! GBSTAY CLEAR!! Do not use this company. I would put a zero if I could. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY. It takes weeks to resolve issues. Obviously understaffed and unresponsive customer service issues.

GBVery easy to use Very easy to use. The response time is fantastic and everyone is so helpful. The website is easy to maneuver and understand what is or isn't covered. As an Administrator for my company the benefits are easy to explain to my employees. No complaints at all.

GBI really enjoyed using PeopleKeep to… I really enjoyed using PeopleKeep to get my reimbursement filing done. The process is very simple and straightforward, and the online chat room is always available to answer my questions in a timely manner.

GBThere is ZERO customer service There is ZERO customer service, you can't get a person on the phone and the 'schedule a call' is not available for more than 3 business days. I'm currently looking for another provider unless they can fix this issue. It seems other have been having this same experience.
