GBWe use Peoplekeep for company health… We use Peoplekeep for company health benefits and it’s great and inclusive. Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! GBDo NOT recommend this company I signed up with them in 2022 and they charged me for 2021. They auto-renewed me for 2023 and refuse to refund the charge even though I haven't used them since March of 2022. Customer service is terrible. You can't even schedule a call for a month. Their website won't even let you get to your profile, it just keeps logging you out. Avoid them at all costs.

GBThere is ZERO customer service There is ZERO customer service, you can't get a person on the phone and the 'schedule a call' is not available for more than 3 business days. I'm currently looking for another provider unless they can fix this issue. It seems other have been having this same experience.
