GBWe use Peoplekeep for company health… We use Peoplekeep for company health benefits and it’s great and inclusive. Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! GBSTAY CLEAR!! Do not use this company. I would put a zero if I could. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY. It takes weeks to resolve issues. Obviously understaffed and unresponsive customer service issues.

GBDo NOT recommend this company I signed up with them in 2022 and they charged me for 2021. They auto-renewed me for 2023 and refuse to refund the charge even though I haven't used them since March of 2022. Customer service is terrible. You can't even schedule a call for a month. Their website won't even let you get to your profile, it just keeps logging you out. Avoid them at all costs.

GBI really enjoyed using PeopleKeep to… I really enjoyed using PeopleKeep to get my reimbursement filing done. The process is very simple and straightforward, and the online chat room is always available to answer my questions in a timely manner.

GBEvery time I have to use this benefit… Every time I have to use this benefit it's like pulling f***ing teeth. Treatment plans and receipts for payment are never enough for these people. You have to pay huge upfront costs and wait for reimbursement if they deem you worthy of "approval". This service is bulls**t
