The interface is easy, uploading documents is fast and painless, and we've never had a missed payment. I love the emails letting you know when a reimbursement is coming and the customer service team has also been super helpful!

GBThere is no customer service from PeopleKeep There is no customer service from PeopleKeep. Their software is not accurate in tracking reimbursements. If you find an error, then they require you to schedule an appointment, which ends up been weeks out.

GBVery easy to use! My company uses PeopleKeep to manage our health benefits. It's intuitive, easy to request reimbursement and helpful. I was able to be reimbursed for things I didn't know about it and it's saved me hundreds of dollars a month. I just wish there was an app for it, so I could take pictures of my receipts and submit expenses from the same device.

GBSTAY CLEAR!! Do not use this company. I would put a zero if I could. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY. It takes weeks to resolve issues. Obviously understaffed and unresponsive customer service issues.
