Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! After offering our employees a product… After offering our employees a product through Zane/PeopleKeep for years, I would never recommend them. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with & their response time to requests is zero. No dedicated rep. They have left our company hanging without support. It is sad and upsetting to see this happen. At one time they were a decent company.

Beware --no support once you sign up I would not recomment them at all. I signed up and have not been able to get in touch with customer support for weeks. Their chat is not functional and their actual live person is not available for weeks. I set up an appointment and they cancelled the support meeting twice! There is no support at all.

Very easy to use Very easy to use. The response time is fantastic and everyone is so helpful. The website is easy to maneuver and understand what is or isn't covered. As an Administrator for my company the benefits are easy to explain to my employees. No complaints at all.

PeopleKeep is amazing PeopleKeep has been amazing. We've been with them for over a year and it has been the easiest, quickest way to handle healthcare reimbursement. The interface is easy, uploading documents is fast and painless, and we've never had a missed payment. I love the emails letting you know when a reimbursement is coming and the customer service team has also been super helpful!
