GBThere is no customer service from PeopleKeep There is no customer service from PeopleKeep. Their software is not accurate in tracking reimbursements. If you find an error, then they require you to schedule an appointment, which ends up been weeks out.

The interface is easy, uploading documents is fast and painless, and we've never had a missed payment. I love the emails letting you know when a reimbursement is coming and the customer service team has also been super helpful!

GBEvery time I have to use this benefit… Every time I have to use this benefit it's like pulling f***ing teeth. Treatment plans and receipts for payment are never enough for these people. You have to pay huge upfront costs and wait for reimbursement if they deem you worthy of "approval". This service is bulls**t
