GBWe use Peoplekeep for company health… We use Peoplekeep for company health benefits and it’s great and inclusive. Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! GBBeware --no support once you sign up I would not recomment them at all. I signed up and have not been able to get in touch with customer support for weeks. Their chat is not functional and their actual live person is not available for weeks. I set up an appointment and they cancelled the support meeting twice! There is no support at all.

GBThere is ZERO customer service There is ZERO customer service, you can't get a person on the phone and the 'schedule a call' is not available for more than 3 business days. I'm currently looking for another provider unless they can fix this issue. It seems other have been having this same experience.

GBPeopleKeep is amazing PeopleKeep has been amazing. We've been with them for over a year and it has been the easiest, quickest way to handle healthcare reimbursement. The interface is easy, uploading documents is fast and painless, and we've never had a missed payment. I love the emails letting you know when a reimbursement is coming and the customer service team has also been super helpful!

GBPeopleKeep was very good. Not any more PeopleKeep was very good. I used them for one of my companies for two years with no problems. When I went to sign up my second company recently, the prices had tripled. I was in a hurry and didn't really notice. What I did notice, was when they charged my card a second (unauthorized) time the next day. After speaking with them, all they have to say is that they 'recalculated' and decided that I owed them more. I will have to look for alternatives now.
