Very easy to use! My company uses PeopleKeep to manage our health benefits. It's intuitive, easy to request reimbursement and helpful. I was able to be reimbursed for things I didn't know about it and it's saved me hundreds of dollars a month. I just wish there was an app for it, so I could take pictures of my receipts and submit expenses from the same device.

Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! PeopleKeep is amazing PeopleKeep has been amazing. We've been with them for over a year and it has been the easiest, quickest way to handle healthcare reimbursement. The interface is easy, uploading documents is fast and painless, and we've never had a missed payment. I love the emails letting you know when a reimbursement is coming and the customer service team has also been super helpful!

Never use this product! We only used this product for a couple of months and it was the worst experience ever! Customer support would never answer our questions, we would follow up numerous times and would have to fight for a response. When we closed our account, PeopleKeep sent us a general reminder to file paperwork required by law. When we reached out to obtain that information from our records, they took a month to response to us (only after following up) and then told we needed to download the records before closing our account (these records were not generated when our account was active). They then said they emailed us the data, but no one at the company received it which means private data was sent outside our company. Never use this product!
