GBThere is ZERO customer service There is ZERO customer service, you can't get a person on the phone and the 'schedule a call' is not available for more than 3 business days. I'm currently looking for another provider unless they can fix this issue. It seems other have been having this same experience.

CANever use this product! We only used this product for a couple of months and it was the worst experience ever! Customer support would never answer our questions, we would follow up numerous times and would have to fight for a response. When we closed our account, PeopleKeep sent us a general reminder to file paperwork required by law. When we reached out to obtain that information from our records, they took a month to response to us (only after following up) and then told we needed to download the records before closing our account (these records were not generated when our account was active). They then said they emailed us the data, but no one at the company received it which means private data was sent outside our company. Never use this product!

GBDo NOT recommend this company I signed up with them in 2022 and they charged me for 2021. They auto-renewed me for 2023 and refuse to refund the charge even though I haven't used them since March of 2022. Customer service is terrible. You can't even schedule a call for a month. Their website won't even let you get to your profile, it just keeps logging you out. Avoid them at all costs.

GBThe top rated reviews are from 2 and 3 years ago. BEWARE If you look, there is only one recent review, and that review rates PeopleKeep as terrible. That is also my experience. Customer service--there really isn't any. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone! The "chat" is NOT LIVE. You key in your question and then wait days to receive an email response. OR there is no response at all. Arrgh. PeopleKeep was recommended to me as it is less costly than "the other company." Do your employees a favor and spend the dollars to get a company that delivers the service.

GBI really enjoyed using PeopleKeep to… I really enjoyed using PeopleKeep to get my reimbursement filing done. The process is very simple and straightforward, and the online chat room is always available to answer my questions in a timely manner.
