Very easy to use! My company uses PeopleKeep to manage our health benefits. It's intuitive, easy to request reimbursement and helpful. I was able to be reimbursed for things I didn't know about it and it's saved me hundreds of dollars a month. I just wish there was an app for it, so I could take pictures of my receipts and submit expenses from the same device.

Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! Very easy to use Very easy to use. The response time is fantastic and everyone is so helpful. The website is easy to maneuver and understand what is or isn't covered. As an Administrator for my company the benefits are easy to explain to my employees. No complaints at all.

Every time I have to use this benefit… Every time I have to use this benefit it's like pulling f***ing teeth. Treatment plans and receipts for payment are never enough for these people. You have to pay huge upfront costs and wait for reimbursement if they deem you worthy of "approval". This service is bulls**t

Never use this product! We only used this product for a couple of months and it was the worst experience ever! Customer support would never answer our questions, we would follow up numerous times and would have to fight for a response. When we closed our account, PeopleKeep sent us a general reminder to file paperwork required by law. When we reached out to obtain that information from our records, they took a month to response to us (only after following up) and then told we needed to download the records before closing our account (these records were not generated when our account was active). They then said they emailed us the data, but no one at the company received it which means private data was sent outside our company. Never use this product!
