GBWe use Peoplekeep for company health… We use Peoplekeep for company health benefits and it’s great and inclusive. Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! GBDON'T use them!! DON'T use them!!! Never able to reach them by phone when you need to speak with them. I had to schedule a call back and it is 10 days out!

CANever use this product! We only used this product for a couple of months and it was the worst experience ever! Customer support would never answer our questions, we would follow up numerous times and would have to fight for a response. When we closed our account, PeopleKeep sent us a general reminder to file paperwork required by law. When we reached out to obtain that information from our records, they took a month to response to us (only after following up) and then told we needed to download the records before closing our account (these records were not generated when our account was active). They then said they emailed us the data, but no one at the company received it which means private data was sent outside our company. Never use this product!
