GBWill bill you regardless of canceling Faxes did send. My issue is with billing. I canceled by end of trial date. I never got a confirmation so I emailed 3 additional times and left 2 voicemails. Unsurprisingly I received a $29.00 bill. I do not recommend.

GBNot as effective receiving faxes as a traditional machine. We are unable to receive all faxes. 5% of income faxes are never received and we have to direct people to fax to our back office fax line Update: I have tried multiple times to have this issue resolved through support. I am told the person sending the fax has a problem with their phone line. but yet they can fax to my back office fax no problem. Tell me how that makes sense?

GBIt works at a good price point. I work in the health field and providers still refuse to move away from fax. Since I run a nearly paperless company, setting up a fax system seemed like a step in the wrong direction. Enter sfax from Scrypt. Scrypt helped me understand my product options and choose one that was right for my company, it is very affordable, meets our security standards for medical data, and has never let us down.

GBSolid Niche Player with Next Level Potential Scrypt's SFax is a solid HIPAA compliant offering with the API's, interface partnerships, and platform to provide great value to healthcare companies of all sizes. They are priced very well. What is holding them back in eFax is mobile application support for Android devices which would allow more customers to ditch expensive copper line contracts. While they have other products, none stand out as much as SFax. Their partnerships with EMR vendors and their print capture driver will help increase exposure. Their secure messaging platform is in a crowded field, but is worth a look while we are shopping other vendors.

GBExperience OK but not worth the price. The cost of the service seems too high.
