It works at a good price point. I work in the health field and providers still refuse to move away from fax. Since I run a nearly paperless company, setting up a fax system seemed like a step in the wrong direction. Enter sfax from Scrypt. Scrypt helped me understand my product options and choose one that was right for my company, it is very affordable, meets our security standards for medical data, and has never let us down.

Service works fine. Needs better salespeople and more tiers I get emailed monthly from a different salesperson trying to sell us the next package up because we get overages on our current plan. The next tier up will cost us MORE than what paying the overages would. I explain this to a different salesperson on a monthly basis. It's really frustrating. The service itself is simple and straightforward. I've always been satisfied with the system.

It's OK It's OK. They don't have business plans that will benefit businesses. They charge lots of money for overage. I pay more in overage than plan. I provided them an opportunity to partner with my EHR company so that their software can be invoked from within EHR. They didn't care.

SCAM COMPANY SCAM COMPANY. Signed up for a free trial. Immediately unimpressed by the interface. I emailed to cancel the same day and called. No one picks up their phone. It's a voicemail. Fast forward 10 days, two emails, two unreturned voicemails later, they've charged my credit card despite my requests to cancel. I'm disputing with my credit card company.

Experience OK but not worth the price. The cost of the service seems too high.
