GBService works fine. Needs better salespeople and more tiers I get emailed monthly from a different salesperson trying to sell us the next package up because we get overages on our current plan. The next tier up will cost us MORE than what paying the overages would. I explain this to a different salesperson on a monthly basis. It's really frustrating. The service itself is simple and straightforward. I've always been satisfied with the system.

GBSo far so good We have been using sFax for a number of months now. It's working well except we are having a bit of trouble porting existing numbers which seems to take up to 2 weeks.

GBNot as effective receiving faxes as a traditional machine. We are unable to receive all faxes. 5% of income faxes are never received and we have to direct people to fax to our back office fax line Update: I have tried multiple times to have this issue resolved through support. I am told the person sending the fax has a problem with their phone line. but yet they can fax to my back office fax no problem. Tell me how that makes sense?

GBWill bill you regardless of canceling Faxes did send. My issue is with billing. I canceled by end of trial date. I never got a confirmation so I emailed 3 additional times and left 2 voicemails. Unsurprisingly I received a $29.00 bill. I do not recommend.

GBNonexistant support, incompetent staff Our experience with Sfax has been nothing but frustrating. E-mails to support on simple issues go unanswered. We tried to port our numbers over, but after 4 months the porting department seems to be unable to enter a port request properly even after being provided with a CSR from our current carrier. When we checked with our current carrier's port-out department, it looks like only half of the port requests are making it to them. We ported our voice numbers to a different vendor just before attempting to port our fax numbers and everything went fine. I'd recommend avoiding sfax or any j2 brand.
