GBIt's OK It's OK. They don't have business plans that will benefit businesses. They charge lots of money for overage. I pay more in overage than plan. I provided them an opportunity to partner with my EHR company so that their software can be invoked from within EHR. They didn't care.

GBSCAM COMPANY SCAM COMPANY. Signed up for a free trial. Immediately unimpressed by the interface. I emailed to cancel the same day and called. No one picks up their phone. It's a voicemail. Fast forward 10 days, two emails, two unreturned voicemails later, they've charged my credit card despite my requests to cancel. I'm disputing with my credit card company.

GBImpossible to get any customer service. They never answer their emails or phone calls. I have tried to contact them 10+ times in the past 2 weeks and have sent numerous emails to support with no reply. No one has ever answered the phone and I'm always sent to voicemail. It frustrating trying to operate a medical office and not have our fax account work. This is something we use frequently and this issue needs to be handled right away but it's impossible to get any help.

GBI was a customer from 2016 to 2024 I was a customer from 2016 to 2024. Billing issue when my bank placed Sfax on a list of potential threats. Before it was discovered, difficulties ensued. Unfortunately multiple emails to billing, tech support, and customer service yielded zero response. Left two voicemails. Never heard back. My fax did not work and I could not get through once locked out. It wasn’t about money or payment, it became a tale of avoidant customer service and neglect. I submitted a ticket to end services with my feedback attached, heard nothing. Received a canned email that my complaint was received and I would hear back in 48 hours. Week/s later it’s a second email that it’s cancelled. Truly one star as no amount of faxing interface would make this acceptable. I was never actually acknowledged.

GBLocks me out too fast As an efax it has many features I like and expect, tracking, ability to look back etc. But Everytime I leave the page I have to sign back in. It is often very slow to load, and cumbersome to search. It's just OK
