Missing seal, obviously diluted Bought Davines Love shampoo, got suspicious when the seal on the bottle was missing. Still had an existing bottle to compare to, the product from Lala Daisy was obviously diluted. Returning immediately, hopefully no issues with a refund.

I have been ordering from LalaDaisy for… I have been ordering from LalaDaisy for years & have only had to use customer service once when there was an issue with UPS not being able to deliver to my PO Box. Tara was great and sent me a new order via USPS since the first order couldn’t be delivered.

Product Not New Not New The items I purchased were not new - which explains the great price. I know this because new products I've purchased from the manufacturer are wrapped in plastic. I'm taking two stars because the website doesn't state that some products could be returns, seconds, etc. That stated, the containers are full and contents appear to be legitimate, so I'll keep them; however, I won't purchase again from this company. Fast and free shipping!
