Great customer service! I have been ordering from LalaDaisy for… I have been ordering from LalaDaisy for years & have only had to use customer service once when there was an issue with UPS not being able to deliver to my PO Box. Tara was great and sent me a new order via USPS since the first order couldn’t be delivered.

Missing seal, obviously diluted Bought Davines Love shampoo, got suspicious when the seal on the bottle was missing. Still had an existing bottle to compare to, the product from Lala Daisy was obviously diluted. Returning immediately, hopefully no issues with a refund.

I had high hopes... I had high hopes for this shopping website I recently discovered. I ordered Image face spf cream but unfortunately the expiration was only 4 months, not long enough to use the product. Sad to say that in this circumstance they wouldn't pay for a prepaid shipping label unless I opted for store credit instead of a refund. The cost for me to pay for return shipping would have been half the amount of my entire order. Lesson learned. Just wish I knew this before doing business with them. Side note, It seems to be my experience that anytime I order off a Facebook ad I am always disappointed.

I ordered 8 Peter Thomas Roth SPF 30… I ordered 8 Peter Thomas Roth SPF 30 and every single one had the plug at the bottom fallen out with all its lotion gone as well. Unfortunately I noticed this after their 30 day return window so no return. LaLa Daisy seems to be buying up very cheap, slightly flawed products and then reselling these cheap.
