GBWell I am 23 years old and I never wore… Well I am 23 years old and I never wore cologne before in my life! I wanted to smell like an Adult so I went looking around some sights and companies and Dior was my 2nd look. My first purchase was the dior sauvage and at this very moment is my favorite cologne! The smell is so good, comforting and you can literally wear it anywhere, for any event at any season! My all time favorite cologne! If you are new to the dior website and don’t know what to purchase for smell I suggest buying this first, you won’t be disappointed!

GBI had an average experience with… I had an average experience with diore-us.com. The site's navigtion was acceptably ok. It wasn't too taxing to find the items I was looking for. Prices were mediocore, and I was happy to find a few discounts. The transaction process was smooth enough, so no need to complain in that department. I cannot complaint too much about the overall experence, but I was expecting something better. It was not that memoriable. I only have ordinary feelings about this company. One aspect I could improve was customer service, as I had a few unnswered inquieries. Spellling mistakes: I cannnot complsint too much.

GBJust one thing Just one thing. I planned to use the sample items myself but they came inside the gift box with the main gift. It was so beautifully packaged that I could not bear to break in to retrieve my samples! I will over-wrap the entire box (marked Dior) as I do want the recipient to be surprised.A glorious Dior package! Lovely, and promptly delivered!

GBDon't even bother calling customer… Don't even bother calling customer service. I waited 30 minutes to speak with someone who acted as if they were planning to quit later that day. Most customer service lines give their people prompts and scripts to guide the conversation. Not Dior, apparently. I was basically pulling teeth from this lady who left tons of dead air on the line and responded to MY suggestions of what we could do next with surly disdain. She said she would file a request and I would receive an email decision. Well, she never did because I never received any email. Truly bizarre...
