GBMy experience with dior-us.com was… My experience with dior-us.com was almost good. They have an easy to use customer service. The staff is kind and helpful. They have an option for same day shipping which is great if you are in a hurry and need something quickly. The products are generally of good quality for the price and they have a wide range of styles to choose from. There are some delivery issues but nothing that can't be fixed quickly and effectively. All in all, a good experience with this comany.

GBAbsolutely lovely Absolutely lovely! I ordered the 279 Denim eye color palette and am so pleased. The packaging was such a delightful surprise. It was boxed in a gift box inside the VERY secure shipping box. And tied with a beautiful bow. It was so pretty I hated to open it. But I did of course. and the interior padded packaging was equally great. My gift with purchase was included in a Dior pouch as well. And the eye shadow itself is beautiful. The pigment is very intense, but goes on smoothly and very easy to blend. Exceeded my expectations.

GBI had an average experience with… I had an average experience with diore-us.com. The site's navigtion was acceptably ok. It wasn't too taxing to find the items I was looking for. Prices were mediocore, and I was happy to find a few discounts. The transaction process was smooth enough, so no need to complain in that department. I cannot complaint too much about the overall experence, but I was expecting something better. It was not that memoriable. I only have ordinary feelings about this company. One aspect I could improve was customer service, as I had a few unnswered inquieries. Spellling mistakes: I cannnot complsint too much.
