I had an average experience with… I had an average experience with diore-us.com. The site's navigtion was acceptably ok. It wasn't too taxing to find the items I was looking for. Prices were mediocore, and I was happy to find a few discounts. The transaction process was smooth enough, so no need to complain in that department. I cannot complaint too much about the overall experence, but I was expecting something better. It was not that memoriable. I only have ordinary feelings about this company. One aspect I could improve was customer service, as I had a few unnswered inquieries. Spellling mistakes: I cannnot complsint too much.

Thank Dior I love Dior I got blood on my Dior saddlebag unfortunately but now I look at it as a blessing peace nobody nobody else got it like mine it reminds god is good

Dior Beauty great to influencers but loyalty members miss out. The Entire DIOR Beauty website /"LOYALTY" program is a horrible mess. They send "influencers" their great Gifts to get us shopping but when Loyal paying customers ( loyal - 20 Years /my first lipstick at age 18 ) there is Always something missing. Never get my Loyalty gifts. The challenge questions Never work, I have made a total of 13 phone calls in 3 years ,average wait is 45 minutes, and they promise the moon and deliver Nothing. Beyond frustrated .

I stopped buying from them I am a Dior make up gold member and the only one time I didn’t like a lipstick I bought (it’s beautiful but looks awful on my skin tone ) I contacted them about return process because I couldn’t find any online, they never replied. They do reply other inquiries that they like quick enough. I am not interested in buying from them anymore. There are many brands doing so much better then Dior.

I love their skincare products and… I love their skincare products and makeup. Used to buy them through Sephora but prefer to get them from Dior directly for the membership perks. Just reached Platinum status and my gift has shipped. For Gold I was gifted a beautifully presented house with four small j'adore perfume varieties inside. Very nice. They ship super quickly and I normally receive my products within 2-3 days with their free standard shipping!
