Disappointed with FragranceX I'm so disappointed with FragranceX. I've paid so much for a perfume and it hasn't been delivered. This company doesn't update you as to where your parcel is. It's been 19 days and no delivery. All they tell me each time is that they are corresponding with the courier and will get back to me. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH FRAGRANCEX. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Habit of Items sold not in stock seems a common theme !! Again cancelled my order this company has a habit of selling items they dont have in stock . I'm now sure they only list these rare perfumes that they dont have stock of to gain increased traffic to website. This is 3rd time my order has been cancelled . order 63529420
