I have purchased from Fragrancex.com… I have purchased from Fragrancex.com many times now, i usually buy the BOD sprays as we cannot get them here in UK. I like BOD as it reminds me of my holiday to Florida and I bought some bottles while there. Delivery to the UK is amazing, wondefully fast and packaged with care and amazing service. I order couple of parfumes in December… I order couple of parfumes in December and unfortunately one was broken (the plastic cup) I send it back and since January never received the refund.I contacted the company couple of times through email and always i have been lied.they told me we still wait the return to arrive to our depo” but i have confirmation that return arrive in 15 January.they don’t want to refund me…never buy from this company again
