NZReally happy with the results after 6… Really happy with the results after 6 days. I burnt some sebaceous hyperplasia bumps on my face and they are definately flatter and less ridged. I was pretty conservative in my application due to being a newbie, but I am happy to repeat every three weeks until they disappear completely at the same conservative pace. If I went to a salon they would need to be more aggressive to make the cost worthwhile, so I am happy to have the pen at home and do it my way. I am also pleased to be able to burn these little growths off as the arise in future, when they are small and less noticeable. The ones I've worked on so far I've had for years so they were quite big. I'm feeling really uplifted. 😄

DEI have also made a bad experience with… Update: Finally my product arrived and I am satisfied with it so far. But you shoul have realistic expectations. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I have also made a bad experience with an international order of the plasma skin pen. When I ordered the item, it was said on the Snow Skin Website that the delivery will take 4-12 days to Germany. After more than 3 weeks I still did not receive product. I have my doubts that the pen will arrive at all. The customer service could not tell me when the order will arrive. At the moment I regret my order from this website.

GBPoor quality device but refund given Firstly, I want to say that I did receive my money back. So the company have not tried to con me in anyway. However, the quality of the plasma pens I received were very poor quality neither functioned anything like in the videos. I was sent a replacement after i complained about the first one. But the second had the same issues. Neither device regularly fired making them both impossible to use. I was told i could be sent a third one but that this would be the last one and if it did not work I would not be entitled to a refund. I therefore took a refund as I had no faith that at the third pen would work. I also had concerns about the quality of the training videos which offered contradictory advice (one saying that the needle should touch the skin another saying it shouldn't).

GBDon't buy plasma pen from the Snowskin… Don't buy plasma pen from the Snowskin Co. !!!!! They give discount on their page and then they send you a broken stuff just to rip you off. They look for any reason not to refund you. Their policy says you can return this device within 7 days ,no questions asked. I emailed them July 8th to inform I got broken merchandise and it's been 10 days later ,they didn't give me the address where I can send it back. They ask you a video to show this doesn't work . My phone couldn't send it . So they asked pictures which I sent. Now their excuse is I used the needles! Which I had to try to see how it works! They say I shouldn't use the needles so no refund is allowed. They just play FOOL and mock customers. You just deal with crooks!
