I was hesitant to purchse from them at frist but in the end I can say they delieverd what was promissed. The items were acurratly discribd, the prices where avarege and the turn around time was satisfactoy. I cant note any majore issues, I guess the saying goes sometimess you get what you pay for. My onlay peovlem was that they didn't inculde a reciept but other then that, it was just ordinray. No spiecal service or noting. Overrall I would say it was okay, nothing amazing either way.

Happy with results Very pleased with my results. I have sagging skin on my upper eyelids. Used the snow plasma pen on level six with no numbing cream. Pain was tolerable. I already see an improvement and will do another treatment on a higher level in about 8 to 12 weeks depending on my healing.

Very Happy with Results I am a 58 year old woman with great skin, with the exception of sebaceous hyperplasia on my forehead. I purchased the Snow Skin Plasma Pen to try to eradicate the 20-25 spots on my forehead that made my skin look bumpy & aged. I used the pen without numbing and at first I had red spots immediately after using the plasma pen. The next day the spots looked worse; they were brown and red. By day seven, however, all brown and red spots were gone and my skin looks smooth. Honestly, the results were exactly what I had hoped for. Impressed so far! I recently ordered this device in order to save money in the long run. I had the procedure carried out a few years ago professionally & I must say so far so good! The pen is easy enough to use & the customer care is second to none. I had lots of questions which the company was more than happy to answer & always responded in a timely manner. Shipping was relatively quick also. I'm still waiting for the area I treated to fully heal but its looking good so far.
