I have my doubts that the pen will arrive at all. The customer service could not tell me when the order will arrive. At the moment I regret my order from this website.

I find it comfortable to use and it charges up very quickly. I also find it easy to contact the company via Instagram and they are always very responsive. Highly recommended!

So far, so good I purchased the pen without high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have seen some improvement around my eye area as my lines are not as defined after using the pen. I hope to see continued improvement as I continue using this!
