Don't buy plasma pen from the Snowskin… Don't buy plasma pen from the Snowskin Co. !!!!! They give discount on their page and then they send you a broken stuff just to rip you off. They look for any reason not to refund you. Their policy says you can return this device within 7 days ,no questions asked. I emailed them July 8th to inform I got broken merchandise and it's been 10 days later ,they didn't give me the address where I can send it back. They ask you a video to show this doesn't work . My phone couldn't send it . So they asked pictures which I sent. Now their excuse is I used the needles! Which I had to try to see how it works! They say I shouldn't use the needles so no refund is allowed. They just play FOOL and mock customers. You just deal with crooks!

good refurbished product and it is not working. I've sent a video to company 10 days ago and still no answer. Update: In response to the complaint, they sent a similar serviceable product. Satisfied with the quality. I do not know how long it will work, but now the procedure has gone well.

Really happy with the results after 6… Really happy with the results after 6 days. I burnt some sebaceous hyperplasia bumps on my face and they are definately flatter and less ridged. I was pretty conservative in my application due to being a newbie, but I am happy to repeat every three weeks until they disappear completely at the same conservative pace. If I went to a salon they would need to be more aggressive to make the cost worthwhile, so I am happy to have the pen at home and do it my way. I am also pleased to be able to burn these little growths off as the arise in future, when they are small and less noticeable. The ones I've worked on so far I've had for years so they were quite big. I'm feeling really uplifted. 😄

I had an ordniary experience with… I had an ordniary experience with snowskinco.com. I have to say, its almost good. I was hesitant to purchse from them at frist but in the end I can say they delieverd what was promissed. The items were acurratly discribd, the prices where avarege and the turn around time was satisfactoy. I cant note any majore issues, I guess the saying goes sometimess you get what you pay for. My onlay peovlem was that they didn't inculde a reciept but other then that, it was just ordinray. No spiecal service or noting. Overrall I would say it was okay, nothing amazing either way.
