Worth the wait This is a business that I would definitely give a second chance to. I placed my order on Nov 29th and waited weeks for confirmation of shipping and then experienced delays in response time when I emailed the company. It seems they fixed whatever email issue they were having that caused the delay, because afterwards they were very prompt to reply and very helpful. When I explained that I still never received my watch, they reshipped the watch with expedited shipping and a free watch band. I received my package on 12/21/23, a little under a month after I ordered. I am so thrilled it came in in time for Christmas. The watch is beautiful, the packaging is unique and trendy, and I feel good about the kind of company I gave my money to this holiday season. There were some bumps in the road, but the watch was worth the wait. I'll definitely order again in the future-- definitely recommend.

Bumpy Start But Great Finish I too hadn't received shipping confirmation of my order from Black Friday and was concerned whether I would ever receive my watch. However, my email enquiry was answered promptly and professionally by Customer Service and I was provided with proof of shipping. I was okay with the item being past Christmas as long as I knew it was on the way. As luck would have it, my order was received the next day. It was very well packaged to protect against damage and the gift packaging and watch itself are beautiful. I think my daughter will love it and I would order from Hurtig Lane again without hesitation.

Terrible service I ordered a makeup brush set- it’s has been almost two weeks since I placed my order and it seems it hasn’t even shipped out yet. 2 weeks to process an order? Absolutely unacceptable. Emailed customer service and also no reply. Awful

High quality watches at good prices The watches are high quality and have the look and feel of genuine leather. The colours are vibrant. Most of all, the family running the business is very kind and passionate about their work. I would purchase again and have already recommended the brand to my friends and family.

Such a lovely shopping experience I couldn't be happier with my Hurtig Lane watch! Not only is it beautiful and ethically-made, the customer service team are an absolute dream too. There was a small fault with the model I'd received and they were very helpful, sending a replacement straight away. I'll definitely be shopping with them again and also recommending them to friends!
