Spanish vegan brand I love Spanish vegan brand I love! I bought myself the Moderno watch and some wooden makeup brushes for my girlfriend. We didn’t need to contact customer service, but shipping was fast and we love everything. They included a card in the parcel about the charity work they do too! Support small.

100% recommend! I wanted to leave a review because I LOVE my cactus leather watch and I really like that is not just made out of PU leather like a lot of vegan brands. I made a mistake twice with my order, I put the wrong address and I ordered the wrong sized watch strap. The team were really friendly and helpful. They even resent the correct size strap to me for free before they received my returned strap. Great products and service. Would 100% recommend! I have seen some recent reviews here mentioning that customers did not receive a reply to their email. The lady I spoke to mentioned that they had experienced a problem with their mailbox which is now fixed and they are now working on answering any missed emails.

Such a lovely shopping experience I couldn't be happier with my Hurtig Lane watch! Not only is it beautiful and ethically-made, the customer service team are an absolute dream too. There was a small fault with the model I'd received and they were very helpful, sending a replacement straight away. I'll definitely be shopping with them again and also recommending them to friends!

High quality watches at good prices The watches are high quality and have the look and feel of genuine leather. The colours are vibrant. Most of all, the family running the business is very kind and passionate about their work. I would purchase again and have already recommended the brand to my friends and family.

So I gave a Five star review because of… So I gave a Five star review because of the way the company delivered my item and once the communication problem had been sorted it was delivered in the stated time on the website , if you are ordering from this company try not to panic as I believe the issues I was having like a few others was down to technology rather than the company it selves but true to their word they rectified this and I had my item within a week so fair play 👍 The watch I ordered was just the ticket and the gift pouch was first class so would highly recommend 👍⭐️
