100% recommend! I wanted to leave a review because I LOVE my cactus leather watch and I really like that is not just made out of PU leather like a lot of vegan brands. I made a mistake twice with my order, I put the wrong address and I ordered the wrong sized watch strap. The team were really friendly and helpful. They even resent the correct size strap to me for free before they received my returned strap. Great products and service. Would 100% recommend! I have seen some recent reviews here mentioning that customers did not receive a reply to their email. The lady I spoke to mentioned that they had experienced a problem with their mailbox which is now fixed and they are now working on answering any missed emails.

So I gave a Five star review because of… So I gave a Five star review because of the way the company delivered my item and once the communication problem had been sorted it was delivered in the stated time on the website , if you are ordering from this company try not to panic as I believe the issues I was having like a few others was down to technology rather than the company it selves but true to their word they rectified this and I had my item within a week so fair play 👍 The watch I ordered was just the ticket and the gift pouch was first class so would highly recommend 👍⭐️

Absolutely LOVE my new vegan leather watch strap!!! I recently purchased a black vegan leather watch strap with a silver buckle. The strap arrived today and I absolutely love it!! The quality is very nice, it doesn't feel cheap or fake, and has a nice grain like real leather. I can tell this will develop a nice patina over time. I was worried that it wouldn't fit my extra small size wrist (5.5 inch) but it's very comfortable and fits perfectly. The strap comes with integrated spring loaded pins with a push down lever which made it incredibly easy to put the strap on my watch. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely buy some more watch straps from them(they just got some cactus leather in which I have to try). Very happy with my purchase!

Unacceptable delivery timelines Yet to receive the watch strap ordered 15 days ago. Their website says that the delivery time for Rest of the World is 7-10 days, which is clearly not true. When I wrote to customer service, they said the typical time is 12-15 WORKING days, which is a far cry from what they have listed on their website. Since I haven't received my order yet, I can't comment on the product itself but the waiting time has been a complete letdown. Update: It’s been a month and I still haven’t received the strap. The Hurtig customer care team refunded the entire amount promptly when I wrote to them, but the overall experience has been very disappointing.

Do not order from Hurtig Lane Vegan and ethically made watches, what's not to like? Well, that's the theory. The practice is some of the worst customer service I've experienced to date, and I would caution everyone against ordering from this shop. I ordered a watch in early March, the website stated delivery times to be 5–7 days. After two weeks of no news, no shipment notice, and no watch, I contacted the shop. At first I did not get a reply. After another attempt, they finally responded and told me that my order may have got lost. After several further emails, I was told the watch had been shipped (but if so, why was I not notified of its shipment?), but that the courier might have lost it. They offered to post the watch again with a different courier. When I agreed to this, I was told that the style I had ordered was sold out and I would have to wait at least another week. Why was this not mentioned before? Instead, I spent about 10 days emailing back and forth with their customer service without clear answers, and only further delays. Overall, my impression is that this site might be a scam, and that they might attempt to stall customers indefinitely. Their website has stated for over a month now that customers will get a discount "this weekend". This seems odd. So overall I recommend: do not order from them! The only aspect of this which was handled promptly was the refund. I wish I could be refunded for the time I wasted on this whole experience as well. Edit: After leaving this review, I was contacted by the company multiple times with accusations of writing multiple negative reviews. I wish I had never ordered from them in the first place. Avoid!
