Worth the wait This is a business that I would definitely give a second chance to. I placed my order on Nov 29th and waited weeks for confirmation of shipping and then experienced delays in response time when I emailed the company. It seems they fixed whatever email issue they were having that caused the delay, because afterwards they were very prompt to reply and very helpful. When I explained that I still never received my watch, they reshipped the watch with expedited shipping and a free watch band. I received my package on 12/21/23, a little under a month after I ordered. I am so thrilled it came in in time for Christmas. The watch is beautiful, the packaging is unique and trendy, and I feel good about the kind of company I gave my money to this holiday season. There were some bumps in the road, but the watch was worth the wait. I'll definitely order again in the future-- definitely recommend.

Absolutely LOVE my new vegan leather watch strap!!! I recently purchased a black vegan leather watch strap with a silver buckle. The strap arrived today and I absolutely love it!! The quality is very nice, it doesn't feel cheap or fake, and has a nice grain like real leather. I can tell this will develop a nice patina over time. I was worried that it wouldn't fit my extra small size wrist (5.5 inch) but it's very comfortable and fits perfectly. The strap comes with integrated spring loaded pins with a push down lever which made it incredibly easy to put the strap on my watch. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely buy some more watch straps from them(they just got some cactus leather in which I have to try). Very happy with my purchase!

There was a small fault with the model I'd received and they were very helpful, sending a replacement straight away. Love my cactus leather watch straps! I bought a new strap for my watch made from cactus leather and I love it! I contacted the company as I was not sure what size strap I needed and they sent me really clear instructions how how to measure my watch strap. I now also have a Hurtig Lane square watch. Orders arrived quickly. Recommend :-) especially the cactus leather!
