Bumpy Start But Great Finish I too hadn't received shipping confirmation of my order from Black Friday and was concerned whether I would ever receive my watch. However, my email enquiry was answered promptly and professionally by Customer Service and I was provided with proof of shipping. I was okay with the item being past Christmas as long as I knew it was on the way. As luck would have it, my order was received the next day. It was very well packaged to protect against damage and the gift packaging and watch itself are beautiful. I think my daughter will love it and I would order from Hurtig Lane again without hesitation.

Hopefully Hurtig Lane do better in future FIRST REVIEW: Purchased a watch and received order confirmation mid-November. Requested a status update two weeks later. Now mid-December still heard nothing from them - not even a status update. Reading these reviews, it seems I'm not the only one... I'm so disappointed. I used to have a Hurtig Lane watch and it was great – so great, I wanted to replace it when I broke the old one while trying to change the battery myself (entirely my bad). Seems they've gone downhill over the past few years... UPDATE: After posting my first review, Hurtig Lane reached out to address the problem. Their communication from this point onward was consistently prompt and professional. However, the first package they sent out contained the wrong watch (a different face than the one I ordered). When I pointed this out, they sent out a second package with the correct watch and some complementary straps. I'm glad to have received the watch I ordered because the quality of their products is great. It still sucks that it took almost two months to arrive and that I had to post a negative review to prompt them to communicate and deliver my order. I do like their products and the ethics behind the company, so I hope they get their act together soon.

High quality watches at good prices The watches are high quality and have the look and feel of genuine leather. The colours are vibrant. Most of all, the family running the business is very kind and passionate about their work. I would purchase again and have already recommended the brand to my friends and family.

Terrible service I ordered a makeup brush set- it’s has been almost two weeks since I placed my order and it seems it hasn’t even shipped out yet. 2 weeks to process an order? Absolutely unacceptable. Emailed customer service and also no reply. Awful
