CAUnacceptable delivery timelines Yet to receive the watch strap ordered 15 days ago. Their website says that the delivery time for Rest of the World is 7-10 days, which is clearly not true. When I wrote to customer service, they said the typical time is 12-15 WORKING days, which is a far cry from what they have listed on their website. Since I haven't received my order yet, I can't comment on the product itself but the waiting time has been a complete letdown. Update: It’s been a month and I still haven’t received the strap. The Hurtig customer care team refunded the entire amount promptly when I wrote to them, but the overall experience has been very disappointing.

CAI really was happy with the watch I… I really was happy with the watch I received even though I had to pay a lot of duty to receive the watch ( not the company's fault but needing a return makes it difficult) I love the look and was happy when I got it but really disappointed to find the front of the face was scratched! I do not want to pay the extra 20 plus shipping to try and get a new one since I already had to pay a hefty import fee. I am so disappointed to receive it like this and feel there's nothing. I can do unless I pay a lot more.

GBDedicated company Initially, my experience didn't seem great. However, it turned out that there were reasonable explanations. Emails from the company in response to mine were going into my spam, leaving me to think I was being ignored when this was not the case. Mike reached out via phone when he realised I was not recieving his emails and explained the issues they had been facing with their courier. The company are doing what they can to get my order to me before Christmas, which I greatly appreciate. The customer service has been excellent and they seem genuinely disheartened with the reflection the problems they have faced these last weeks has had on their company.

GBSuch a lovely shopping experience I couldn't be happier with my Hurtig Lane watch! Not only is it beautiful and ethically-made, the customer service team are an absolute dream too. There was a small fault with the model I'd received and they were very helpful, sending a replacement straight away. I'll definitely be shopping with them again and also recommending them to friends!

We didn’t need to contact customer service, but shipping was fast and we love everything. They included a card in the parcel about the charity work they do too! Support small.
