Buyer Beware Buyer Beware. Placed my first & LAST order w/ Dermavenue about a month ago, paying add'l for fast shipping. I did Not get my order on a fast track & to date have never received all ordered items. I've called (no one ever answers) & emailed their Customer Support Dept numerous times without a response from anyone. TERRIBLE company.

I love this company I love this company. 56 years old living in the Florida Sun. I found DermAvenue two years ago. I am over the moon, excited and so thankful to this company. They have great specials, gifts, and customer service is incredible. They have been nothing but professional and fulfilled all my orders, and I will never go anywhere else. Ordered my items Ordered my items. Received them in a few days and everything was great. Re ordered my items and they were on back order but I wasn’t notified until I inquired about it. When I did inquire about it I received a prompt response and the person was very friendly informed me I would be receiving my package Tuesday although I ended to receiving it Wednesday.

I recently found DermAvenue and I gotta… I recently found DermAvenue and I gotta say, it's almost guud. They have a wide range of pruducts and the website was pretty easy to navigate. I like how they have different brands available, which gives you a lot of options. The customer service was okay, but nothing special. It's almost like any other skincare website out there. The reviews were a mix of good and bad, so it's hard to tell if the pruducts are really that great. Overall, it's an okay place to shop for skincare stuff, but nothing too amazing stood out.

Don't purchase Neocutis products from Dermavenue I am wondering if you are buying substandard products from Neocutis and then selling them on your website. I have been buying the Neocutis Journee sunscreen for years. Usually from my cosmetic dermatologist. But since I only see her every 3-5 months, I started buying it from your website. I have had to throw away the last two bottles because the pumps malfunctioned. A problem that I never had when buying it from my doctor. You can see that I have been loyal customer and have enjoyed the convenience of purchasing my Neocutis products from you. But for now I am done. Would not recommend you as a source to any of my girlfriends.
