GBBuyers beware! Wished I'd read the reviews prior to ordering. I placed an order on 8/15/22 and paid for expedited shipping. Per their website, expedited shipping orders will be delivered within 1-4 days. After 5 business days, I checked the order only to discover that the items hadn't even been shipped yet. I emailed them with no response. Luckily I had paid with Paypal, so I opened a case through them. After that happened, I finally received an email stating that the Jan Marini products were on back order and would ship as soon as they were restocked. Shouldn't that be indicated when ordering a product? They also assured me that my shipping would be refunded to me, which to no surprise, hasn't happened. I did finally receive a tracking number and my items are finally due to be delivered to me two weeks after the order was placed. Hopefully I'll receive them.

GBI used Prescriptives for sensitive skin… I used Prescriptives for sensitive skin for years...buying many tubes of cleansers knowing the day would come when I could no longer buy it. About a year ago I ran out and tried to replace it with several different formulas. I am happy to report that the Skinmedica for sensitive skin has lived up to the Prescriptives formula. Extremely pleased!

GBI recently found DermAvenue and I gotta… I recently found DermAvenue and I gotta say, it's almost guud. They have a wide range of pruducts and the website was pretty easy to navigate. I like how they have different brands available, which gives you a lot of options. The customer service was okay, but nothing special. It's almost like any other skincare website out there. The reviews were a mix of good and bad, so it's hard to tell if the pruducts are really that great. Overall, it's an okay place to shop for skincare stuff, but nothing too amazing stood out.

GBIt is very hard to navigate on the website It is very hard to navigate on this website. Too many pop ups and as you try to type something in the search bar, pop ups interrupt the experience and you end up clicking on something else. Also the sold out products don’t show as sold out in the search result, and when you click on it, you learn that the product is out of stock. It needs some work regarding user experience.

GBBuyer Beware Buyer Beware. Placed my first & LAST order w/ Dermavenue about a month ago, paying add'l for fast shipping. I did Not get my order on a fast track & to date have never received all ordered items. I've called (no one ever answers) & emailed their Customer Support Dept numerous times without a response from anyone. TERRIBLE company.
