GBDon't purchase Neocutis products from Dermavenue I am wondering if you are buying substandard products from Neocutis and then selling them on your website. I have been buying the Neocutis Journee sunscreen for years. Usually from my cosmetic dermatologist. But since I only see her every 3-5 months, I started buying it from your website. I have had to throw away the last two bottles because the pumps malfunctioned. A problem that I never had when buying it from my doctor. You can see that I have been loyal customer and have enjoyed the convenience of purchasing my Neocutis products from you. But for now I am done. Would not recommend you as a source to any of my girlfriends.

GBDidn’t let me know the items I ordered… Didn’t let me know the items I ordered were delayed because they weren’t actually in stock. First customer service person hung up on me. Second was honest. Customer service reached out after original review and made the situation right. I truly appreciate this.

GBDermavenue/Neocutis/Merz Aesthetics I just placed my first order for Neocutis products and received my items very quickly (2 days). I did pay for VIP shipping. I will open my products this evening and am very excited. I've read the negative comments pertaining to Neocutis Journee (previously named Micro Day). This product was reformulated to no longer include chemicle suncreens. I've used Journee for over a year and it is a wonderful moisturizer with a mineral base sunscreen. Additionally, I've read negative comments about Dermavenue not being an authorized retailer for Neocutis. Dermavenue is clearly listed on the Neocutis website as an authorized retailer. This is my first time ordering Neocutis products from Dermavenue. I did have an issue with a discount code not working. The Dermavenue customer support via chat was superior. Gustavo was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He sent me an invoice for the Neocutis product and included the discount. I am very pleased with their customer service. I've also read comments about malfunctioning pumps on Neocutics products. I use to purchase all my Neocutis products from my physician's office. I had to return 3 products because the pump didn't work. I've also had to return 2 Neocutis products because the chrome coating started flaking off and getting everywhere. This is not Dermavenue's problem. This is a Merz Aesthetics/Neocutis proplem. I've dealt with both Merz Aesthetics and Neocutis customer services. Dermavenue has both beat by a long shot. I did not have positive experiences with customer service representatives at Merz Aesthetics nor at Neocutis. Let me end this review on a positive note. Neocutis products are amazing. They work and are the best I've used and I'm in my mid 50s. Yes, Neocutis is expensive but in my opintion, they are worth the cost. I just love Neocutis skin care.

GBBuyers beware! Wished I'd read the reviews prior to ordering. I placed an order on 8/15/22 and paid for expedited shipping. Per their website, expedited shipping orders will be delivered within 1-4 days. After 5 business days, I checked the order only to discover that the items hadn't even been shipped yet. I emailed them with no response. Luckily I had paid with Paypal, so I opened a case through them. After that happened, I finally received an email stating that the Jan Marini products were on back order and would ship as soon as they were restocked. Shouldn't that be indicated when ordering a product? They also assured me that my shipping would be refunded to me, which to no surprise, hasn't happened. I did finally receive a tracking number and my items are finally due to be delivered to me two weeks after the order was placed. Hopefully I'll receive them.

GBNeocutis Products Enjoy my discount which is better than most. I have been using four Neocutis products for several years and getting a lower price is wonderful! Shipments are never delayed and products arrive in perfect condition.
