It’s 🤷🏼‍♀️ The pricing of these items are alot to begin with and the fact they dont take returns even on unopened items, Is disappointing.I was not impressed at all by the customer service either. Did not seem like they appreciated their customers. I bought two items a lotion and face scrub. the smell is extremely potent if your not into that (your entire face will smell like pumpkin spice) The lotion was ok I have very dry skin and I use it first before putting an oil on if I use it alone my skin becomes flaky and peels The face scrub I wasn’t really impressed with I did not like the texture. This is just my opinion, you would have to try it yourself to see if you like them or not. I most likely would not be buying again due to the high prices and no return policy

These products are great for sensitive skin! I have only been using Pumpkin and Spice for two weeks, but love them so far. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and these products do not break me out. I researched all of the ingredients in each of my products, (face jelly wash, exfoliator scrub, day moisturizer, the night time retinal serum, face mask)) and they are all good nonirritating ingredients. They smell so yummy too! I am sure I will be a long time customer!

My product arrived dried and half the container only full (eye cream) and i want To exchange it for the night lotion instead on the promo i got This from. I am VERY disappointed in this company. I have been using Pumpkin and Spice for 2 weeks I have been using Pumpkin and Spice for 2 weeks now! My skin looks healthier and silky smooth. The eye cream works wonderful! The night serum leaves your skin feeling fresh, clean and moisturized. The mask works well on taking off all dry flakey and dry skin. I love all of the products and are a great combination. I highly recommend these 3 products together to get the best results.
