They let me down They let me down. They were doing the promo where you get a free gift when you spend a certain amount. The website told me I qualified for it but I didn't get it in the mail with my shipment. I emailed them to let them know and apparently, if you enter a discount promo code it could take away your free gift. I told them that was not made clear on the website but they did not respond back. When you're expecting something and you don't get it, it leaves you feeling disappointed, and I hate it when companies do that. They lost my business, and I won't be repurchasing from them.

Five stars all around! It’s like they knew exactly what I was looking for- I love these products so much, they smell amazing and are just what I need for the season. Their social media game and interactions are great, and they always have some kind of discount. I contacted costumer service to check in about a product I hadn’t yet received, and they threw in a free product with my next order, which was not only super generous, but allowed me to try another product. I cannot say enough positive things about them, I am in love!

It’s 🤷🏼‍♀️ The pricing of these items are alot to begin with and the fact they dont take returns even on unopened items, Is disappointing.I was not impressed at all by the customer service either. Did not seem like they appreciated their customers. I bought two items a lotion and face scrub. the smell is extremely potent if your not into that (your entire face will smell like pumpkin spice) The lotion was ok I have very dry skin and I use it first before putting an oil on if I use it alone my skin becomes flaky and peels The face scrub I wasn’t really impressed with I did not like the texture. This is just my opinion, you would have to try it yourself to see if you like them or not. I most likely would not be buying again due to the high prices and no return policy

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service, and lovely products! They cancelled an order I placed and I could not repurchase due to unforseen expenses. They said they would send me a free gift but come to find out they sent me my entire order free and then some!! I was extremely surprised and overjoyed with this blessing! I will definitely be purchasing items in the future because of this!
