Scam of a company, keeps charging my card First off, back in September they were doing a promotion so I ordered some stuff from their company, I did a reoccurring subscription and added a discount code. I did two separate orders and emailed support if they can just combine my orders. That lead them to realize their mistake with giving a discount on the subscription price and an additional discount from the code. Without any explanation they just cancelled my order. First time I’ve seen a company punish its customer for their own error. Fast forward to December 2020, for some reason my cancelled subscription was charged AGAIN months later! I emailed them to refund me. They didn’t even respond but sent a fake refund email. I waited almost two weeks and noticed the $184 has still not been refunded. Emailed them, no response. I had to open a case with my credit card company and got my money back. Bottom line: Not sure how good their skin care is, but be careful when you enter your credit card information on their website, they’ll keep charging you without a product, shady company.

I have had an adequte experience with… I have had an adequte experience with getpumpkinandspice.com. They provide aavergae quality products and the website is easy to navigate. The cost of the products is paralell to, if not better, with thier competitors. Their customer helpline is satisfactorty and they respond promptly to queries. However they don't provide many payment options like debit/credit card or netbanking and the interface could do with some improvement. I would be carefull shopping here.

It’s 🤷🏼‍♀️ The pricing of these items are alot to begin with and the fact they dont take returns even on unopened items, Is disappointing.I was not impressed at all by the customer service either. Did not seem like they appreciated their customers. I bought two items a lotion and face scrub. the smell is extremely potent if your not into that (your entire face will smell like pumpkin spice) The lotion was ok I have very dry skin and I use it first before putting an oil on if I use it alone my skin becomes flaky and peels The face scrub I wasn’t really impressed with I did not like the texture. This is just my opinion, you would have to try it yourself to see if you like them or not. I most likely would not be buying again due to the high prices and no return policy

My product arrived dried and half the container only full (eye cream) and i want To exchange it for the night lotion instead on the promo i got This from. I am VERY disappointed in this company. Customer service is everything. I work In CS so i know
