USCan't recommend highly enough!! Everything about this whole experience was great. After I made the appointment I was sent a comprehensive form to fill out about my cat (7 years old) - symptoms. medical history, personal traits, diet and anything else I wanted to add. I was sent a reminder of the appointment a day or two in advance. Following advice on Bettervet's web, I put my cat in the bathroom when the vet arrived. Otherwise it would have been impossible, even for me, to hold her for an exam. The vet & her assistant entered the bathroom without me and after a few initial meows, it was quiet and they examined her, weighed her and shaved a small patch on her back where she had irritation. When done, they left some spray antibiotic to apply for a week. Because of the questionnaire, they knew that I couldn't get her to take pills. I only wish there had been vets who made house calls starting a long time ago. Would look forward to recommending them!!

USGreat Option For Care at Home This type of service is great. I've never used a mobile vet before, but I could not get my injured dog in the car due to his knee. The vet came to the house and was able to verify the injury and prescribe meds on the spot. My dog showed improvement within 2 days. I'm very grateful for the option to have my dog cared for in the comfort of our home.

USProfits more than people and pets DO NOT FALL FOR THE WELLNESS PLAN SCAM. This company is absolutely more concerned with profits than people. While they may have some individual vets or care providers who are nice, the company culture is completely disinterested in pet welfare except to the extent they can continue to make money off of you. The corporate vet model has done a real disservice to the industry as a whole. I feel stupid for not having realized what this company is before booking our first appointment with them a few years ago. The first appointment was fine, but it's all been downhill from there. We were trying to keep continuity of care and stick it out with BetterVet, but finally hit the breaking point of no return with their current business model.
