GBCan't recommend highly enough!! Everything about this whole experience was great. After I made the appointment I was sent a comprehensive form to fill out about my cat (7 years old) - symptoms. medical history, personal traits, diet and anything else I wanted to add. I was sent a reminder of the appointment a day or two in advance. Following advice on Bettervet's web, I put my cat in the bathroom when the vet arrived. Otherwise it would have been impossible, even for me, to hold her for an exam. The vet & her assistant entered the bathroom without me and after a few initial meows, it was quiet and they examined her, weighed her and shaved a small patch on her back where she had irritation. When done, they left some spray antibiotic to apply for a week. Because of the questionnaire, they knew that I couldn't get her to take pills. I only wish there had been vets who made house calls starting a long time ago. Would look forward to recommending them!!

GBProfits more than people and pets DO NOT FALL FOR THE WELLNESS PLAN SCAM. This company is absolutely more concerned with profits than people. While they may have some individual vets or care providers who are nice, the company culture is completely disinterested in pet welfare except to the extent they can continue to make money off of you. The corporate vet model has done a real disservice to the industry as a whole. I feel stupid for not having realized what this company is before booking our first appointment with them a few years ago. The first appointment was fine, but it's all been downhill from there. We were trying to keep continuity of care and stick it out with BetterVet, but finally hit the breaking point of no return with their current business model.

GBDr Kamaryn is great! Dr. Kamaryn to care of my cat Binx's respiratory condition and made him well again. I can't thank her enough for such a stress free visit to the vet. He is not uptight now at all, and didn't even hide under the bed. It's like he didn't have a vet visit at all!

GBNo more stress!! I have been loyal to our previous vet for 18+ years and loved the care they provided, but our girl needed a lower stress option and I am so glad we called BetterVet. The team was great from the initial chat and intake, to scheduling, to the visit later that same day. They were kind, patient, professional and respectful of my elderly and anxious dog's space and emotional state. I didn't realize how stressful it had become to take my dog to our traditional vet until this visit by BetterVet... It removed so much tension from both me and my dog. I can't recommend Dr. Elkins and Neff highly enough.

GBIdeal vet experience for my 3 cats. I wasn’t sure how a home visit would go but it was ideal for our three cats. The doctor and assistant arrived exactly when they said they would, they carefully listened to our concerns and took the time to explain their philosophy behind their recommendations. Our cats were completely unphased by the experience. Just like having company over. A huge improvement from having to get all three into their carriers and deal with traffic and share waiting rooms dogs. The doctor followed up with care plans via emails and billing was a breeze. The only reason I’ll set foot in a clinic again is for an emergency.
