Great products, great company! I have only had great experiences with this company. Had a package lost twice, and they rectified the situation. It took a bit, but I understand why. They clearly need to take all steps before just sending more products all willy nilly, I got what was promised and am a loyal customer because of their treatment. I was sent the wrong product on another occasion and they shipped me out a replacement immediately. If you think I consistently have issues, that is not the case. I’ve been a loyal customer for years now, accidents happen all the time and mostly not the companies fault.

Don't buy here Don't buy here. They don't reply back to mails. Spend your money somewhere else!! Actually they wrote me after this review on Trustpilot. They told me they would help me cancel the order, after that they have been silent again. Nothing! No help! Update after there latest reply -. I started really polite but you lied to me about helping to cancel the parcel, and then just ignored me afterwards. You really have to work on your customer service. It dont exist. You should have 0 stars and not 1! This is from your own mail to me.. But it was all a lie. —- Please let us know if you would still prefer to have the order cancelled. Poor service and iffy delivery Item was supposedly delivered at 6:31 am on a Monday with no delivery slip left, have attempted to get a redelivery and have received no response. Assuming this is a scam, don't recommed. Buy their products from an official website that ships from the UK, that way you wont have to pay $30 for shipping only for item to go missing. Very annoyed and won't purchase from them again, extremely stressful and unhelpful service, now I'm down roughly £100.

I love this stuff I love this stuff. I’ve tried a number of their products now, it’s a bit on the pricey side but it smells great, the bottles are so cute, and leaves your skin feeling so soft. It lasts a long time too so it makes it worth the price in my opinion.

I received a order but was not mine I received a order but was not mine. The package was in my name but the invoice was is someone else’s name. Reached out via email to customer service. They spoke to me on the 23rd of February and haven’t heard anything since. Very unhappy! I spent a lot of money to receive the wrong products! I am moving my review up to a 4. As I love the products! They have corrected everything!
