They told me they would help me cancel the order, after that they have been silent again. Nothing! No help! Update after there latest reply -. I started really polite but you lied to me about helping to cancel the parcel, and then just ignored me afterwards. You really have to work on your customer service. It dont exist. You should have 0 stars and not 1! This is from your own mail to me.. But it was all a lie. —- Please let us know if you would still prefer to have the order cancelled. I love this stuff I love this stuff. I’ve tried a number of their products now, it’s a bit on the pricey side but it smells great, the bottles are so cute, and leaves your skin feeling so soft. It lasts a long time too so it makes it worth the price in my opinion.

Glow recipe fruit babies I got their fruit babies set recently and loved all the products especially their avocado cleanser. It didn’t strip my skin like most other cleansers do. Their watermelon toner also hydrates my skin so much and has helped with dark spots on my forehead.

Excellent customer service, thank you. Having ordered two skincare products from the site for my granddaughter I realised these were not suitable for her age. Glow review were very prompt in responding and making helpful suggestions about age-appropriate products. Summer has been proactive in addressing the problem. I would recommend parents check the website for product advice.
