CASo I ordered a lot of items on this… So I ordered a lot of items on this site, because I told myself that it was safe as it is the official site. But beware! I never received my order EVER, I tried to contact customer service through direct chat, but they asked me to write an email. I sent an email explaining my situation. I NEVER heard back. Guess what ? I literally got scammed! 0 customer service. It's literally illegal. I called the post office who told me to check everywhere to see if I could find the package, but it is nowhere! They confirmed to me that Glow Recipe is responsible. I am shocked, if I don't get an answer I will have to open a legal complaint. I still hope for a response. order #737571

NZNo replies and no products. I made an order start of feb, haven’t received order still, no reply to Multiple emails to contact to see what’s up, I contacted the postal service and they say any enquiry has to come from glow recipe. A joke, spent a damn lot of money to get nothing.

GBEvery product I have ever tried from… Every product I have ever tried from Glow Recipe is AMAZING! I am 45ish, and the under eye patches are the absolute best I have ever used, they work immediately, bringing a dewy glow to my upper cheek and eye area, I love them so much I even tried them on my forehead right between my eyes and THEY ERASED MY "Mad" wrinkles between my eyes! You cannot go wrong with this product. My skin is not too sensitive, so I am saying this as a person who can use just about anything. But moisture is where is at with these little beauties. LOVE THEM!!

GBGreat products, great company! I have only had great experiences with this company. Had a package lost twice, and they rectified the situation. It took a bit, but I understand why. They clearly need to take all steps before just sending more products all willy nilly, I got what was promised and am a loyal customer because of their treatment. I was sent the wrong product on another occasion and they shipped me out a replacement immediately. If you think I consistently have issues, that is not the case. I’ve been a loyal customer for years now, accidents happen all the time and mostly not the companies fault.

GBI received a order but was not mine I received a order but was not mine. The package was in my name but the invoice was is someone else’s name. Reached out via email to customer service. They spoke to me on the 23rd of February and haven’t heard anything since. Very unhappy! I spent a lot of money to receive the wrong products! I am moving my review up to a 4. As I love the products! They have corrected everything!
