GBExcellent customer service, thank you. Having ordered two skincare products from the site for my granddaughter I realised these were not suitable for her age. Glow review were very prompt in responding and making helpful suggestions about age-appropriate products. Summer has been proactive in addressing the problem. I would recommend parents check the website for product advice.

GBGreat products 👌 I received my package in less than 2 weeks I got their mini kit PHA BHA Toner, Moisturizer, Niacinamide dew drops The products are tiny but 2 drops easily spreads all over my face, they are not harsh on my skin and they do give a dewy glow I started seeing results after 3 weeks

GBPoor service and iffy delivery Item was supposedly delivered at 6:31 am on a Monday with no delivery slip left, have attempted to get a redelivery and have received no response. Assuming this is a scam, don't recommed. Buy their products from an official website that ships from the UK, that way you wont have to pay $30 for shipping only for item to go missing. Very annoyed and won't purchase from them again, extremely stressful and unhelpful service, now I'm down roughly £100.

DKDon't buy here Don't buy here. They don't reply back to mails. Spend your money somewhere else!! Actually they wrote me after this review on Trustpilot. They told me they would help me cancel the order, after that they have been silent again. Nothing! No help! Update after there latest reply -. I started really polite but you lied to me about helping to cancel the parcel, and then just ignored me afterwards. You really have to work on your customer service. It dont exist. You should have 0 stars and not 1! This is from your own mail to me.. But it was all a lie. —- Please let us know if you would still prefer to have the order cancelled. IENo update on my parcel since 1st Aug, customer service not replying They sent the package with insufficient customs information, which required the package to be pack again to the sender to fix it. I contacted DHL and they told me the sender need to fix this issue. I tried to contact them multiple times and no reply at all. Now I don't know where is my parcel.. I 've placed my order on 21st of July Really disappointed since this is first time order from them.
