CASo I ordered a lot of items on this… So I ordered a lot of items on this site, because I told myself that it was safe as it is the official site. But beware! I never received my order EVER, I tried to contact customer service through direct chat, but they asked me to write an email. I sent an email explaining my situation. I NEVER heard back. Guess what ? I literally got scammed! 0 customer service. It's literally illegal. I called the post office who told me to check everywhere to see if I could find the package, but it is nowhere! They confirmed to me that Glow Recipe is responsible. I am shocked, if I don't get an answer I will have to open a legal complaint. I still hope for a response. order #737571

GBLove the skincare and the lovely and… Love the skincare and the lovely and helpful folks. The website can be a little glitchy when it comes to adding samples and redeeming your rewards points but I find the representatives easy to work with and they always respond quickly.

I placed an order (number 676043) on November 23, 2023, with an expected delivery date of November 30, 2023. However, the delivery was significantly delayed, only arriving on December 23, 2023, after I initiated contact with customer support on December 13 due to the lack of updates. This order was particularly important to me as it was intended as a birthday gift for my niece. Unfortunately, the delay caused me to miss her birthday, compelling me to find an alternative gift at the last minute. The situation was made even more frustrating when I attempted to return the unopened package. Initially, Glow Recipe's customer support indicated a willingness to assist with the return. Yet, after confirming that they had received the package, they reversed their stance, claiming my order was not eligible for return. This was contrary to the information available at the time of purchase, which stated that only certain limited edition items were non-returnable, and none of those were part of my order. This apparent bait-and-switch tactic not only inconvenienced me but also suggested a significant policy discrepancy. My dispute was denied, and the package was returned to me, leaving me with unwanted items and unresolved grievances. It's perplexing why the return policy was not clearly communicated from the outset, leading me to question the transparency and customer service commitment of Glow Recipe. The company's prioritization of influencers, evident in their liberal distribution of free products to social media personalities, starkly contrasts with their rigid stance towards a genuine customer facing legitimate issues. Offering a minimal discount for future purchases does little to resolve the current situation and fails to acknowledge the inconvenience and disappointment caused. This experience has significantly impacted my view of Glow Recipe, revealing a concerning approach to customer service and policy transparency. In sharing this experience, I hope to highlight the need for Glow Recipe to reconsider their policies and practices to ensure they truly reflect the values of fairness, transparency, and respect for all customers. Given the circumstances, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to return the products for a refund, as this would not only resolve my current predicament but also demonstrate Glow Recipe's commitment to customer satisfaction and service recovery.

GBGood products yet deceiving/confusing advertisement… UPDATE 2: Credit when credit is due. The brand's representative took the time to look further into the issue and explain what happened--not only that, they did add a better disclaimer in the new sales' banner, which makes things much clearer. Hence, I'm updating my review to full five stars because it does show that, at least in my experience, the brand cared about the customer's concerns. So kudos for that as not all brands will follow through in the way they did. Revised review: Good products yet confusing advertisement when it comes to sales. By the time I tried to make my purchase and checkout, there was no clear signs on the website that sets and kits are not included in the sale. The main banner has an asterisk but no further disclaimers are found, except in the checkout where the disclaimer only says that the code will be applied at the end. In addition, the discount showed is confusing. It looks like a lot was taken off to influence/encourage the consumer, but in reality it just creates confusion. For instance, the large discount will seemingly be based on the prices from the freebies the brand is supposedly giving the customer. I rather not have a brand do that and just indicate what is *really* discounted.

GBGreat products, great company! I have only had great experiences with this company. Had a package lost twice, and they rectified the situation. It took a bit, but I understand why. They clearly need to take all steps before just sending more products all willy nilly, I got what was promised and am a loyal customer because of their treatment. I was sent the wrong product on another occasion and they shipped me out a replacement immediately. If you think I consistently have issues, that is not the case. I’ve been a loyal customer for years now, accidents happen all the time and mostly not the companies fault.
