IENo update on my parcel since 1st Aug, customer service not replying They sent the package with insufficient customs information, which required the package to be pack again to the sender to fix it. I contacted DHL and they told me the sender need to fix this issue. I tried to contact them multiple times and no reply at all. Now I don't know where is my parcel.. I 've placed my order on 21st of July Really disappointed since this is first time order from them.

GBGreat products, great company! I have only had great experiences with this company. Had a package lost twice, and they rectified the situation. It took a bit, but I understand why. They clearly need to take all steps before just sending more products all willy nilly, I got what was promised and am a loyal customer because of their treatment. I was sent the wrong product on another occasion and they shipped me out a replacement immediately. If you think I consistently have issues, that is not the case. I’ve been a loyal customer for years now, accidents happen all the time and mostly not the companies fault.

AUGlow recipe fruit babies I got their fruit babies set recently and loved all the products especially their avocado cleanser. It didn’t strip my skin like most other cleansers do. Their watermelon toner also hydrates my skin so much and has helped with dark spots on my forehead.

GBExcellent customer service, thank you. Having ordered two skincare products from the site for my granddaughter I realised these were not suitable for her age. Glow review were very prompt in responding and making helpful suggestions about age-appropriate products. Summer has been proactive in addressing the problem. I would recommend parents check the website for product advice.

GBI received a order but was not mine I received a order but was not mine. The package was in my name but the invoice was is someone else’s name. Reached out via email to customer service. They spoke to me on the 23rd of February and haven’t heard anything since. Very unhappy! I spent a lot of money to receive the wrong products! I am moving my review up to a 4. As I love the products! They have corrected everything!
