Refund Denied AGAIN Hello again, My name is Lindsay and I left a review back on 3/14 about how Fragrances & More's bank denied my refund for a product that I ordered that was sold out and never shipped to me. And I got a reply on 3/15 from someone named De Haven saying that my refund would be back in my account within 2-5 business days. It has now been 7 business days and still no refund. A couple of days ago I received another email saying that my refund was denied by their bank again. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never in my life had an experience like this with getting a refund from a company online. And this refund is for almost $100, which I need--I'm trying to support my family and purchase items that we need while staying home and out of work during this corona outbreak. I feel like I'm being led on by your company and that you all have zero intention of refunding my money. I am very angry about this, please refund me what I am owed.

It's been over 10 days now and still no refund. The only reason why this loser site (Fragrancesnmore.com) is saying they refunded my $350.24 now is because I had to file a case against them on Paypal.com. The smartest thing I could've done was make my purchase though Paypal. I would've never gotten my money back. My status on their fraud website sat in "cancelled status" instead of "refunded" before I reached out to Paypal. And yes, I AM aggressive when you constantly lie to me; Especially when I've given you my hard earned money! So folks PLEASE DON'T BUY from this scam site (fragrancesnmore.com). In the aftermath, they will only call you a liar, and brag about the positive reviews posted by their seven employees! I need to look into doing an official complaint, I'm not understanding why these folks are even in business....
