So I placed a order on 5/12/2020 on… So I placed a order on 5/12/2020 on 5/23/2020 I called to verify my order because I haven't received it yet. I sent a message through gmail and Facebook messager with no response. When I finally heard from you I was told that something had happened and it wasn't sent. I asked when it would be sent out I was told this week. I said this week and he just said yes this week. I liked your prices but as a first time buyer I am a little disappointed in your service

Refund Denied AGAIN Hello again, My name is Lindsay and I left a review back on 3/14 about how Fragrances & More's bank denied my refund for a product that I ordered that was sold out and never shipped to me. And I got a reply on 3/15 from someone named De Haven saying that my refund would be back in my account within 2-5 business days. It has now been 7 business days and still no refund. A couple of days ago I received another email saying that my refund was denied by their bank again. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never in my life had an experience like this with getting a refund from a company online. And this refund is for almost $100, which I need--I'm trying to support my family and purchase items that we need while staying home and out of work during this corona outbreak. I feel like I'm being led on by your company and that you all have zero intention of refunding my money. I am very angry about this, please refund me what I am owed.

The company showed this item on their… The company showed this item on their website but I had to repeatedly call them about an update. As of today, I still haven't gotten my refund. I will notify paypal soon if I don't get my money back. Very sketchy company! UPDATE: So since I'm not able to reply directly back to this fraudulent company; (That is Fragrancesnmore.com); I've decided to to respond using the "edit" button. It's laughable this scammer company (Fragrancesnmore.com) is calling me a liar, when you can view my 100% feedback status on ebay (nathanielfitzgerald7111) for 173 reviews! It's been over 10 days now and still no refund. The only reason why this loser site (Fragrancesnmore.com) is saying they refunded my $350.24 now is because I had to file a case against them on Paypal.com. The smartest thing I could've done was make my purchase though Paypal. I would've never gotten my money back. My status on their fraud website sat in "cancelled status" instead of "refunded" before I reached out to Paypal. And yes, I AM aggressive when you constantly lie to me; Especially when I've given you my hard earned money! So folks PLEASE DON'T BUY from this scam site (fragrancesnmore.com). In the aftermath, they will only call you a liar, and brag about the positive reviews posted by their seven employees! I need to look into doing an official complaint, I'm not understanding why these folks are even in business....
