I had an almust good experience with… I had an almust good experience with fragrancesnmore.com. The website is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. The product range is decent and the prices are fair. I didn't have any issues with the website itself. The customer service is not bad and they are kind of responsive to questions. The only thing that could be improved is their communication. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response. Overall, the experience was pleseant and I would consider shopping here again if I need to.

Refund Denied AGAIN Hello again, My name is Lindsay and I left a review back on 3/14 about how Fragrances & More's bank denied my refund for a product that I ordered that was sold out and never shipped to me. And I got a reply on 3/15 from someone named De Haven saying that my refund would be back in my account within 2-5 business days. It has now been 7 business days and still no refund. A couple of days ago I received another email saying that my refund was denied by their bank again. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never in my life had an experience like this with getting a refund from a company online. And this refund is for almost $100, which I need--I'm trying to support my family and purchase items that we need while staying home and out of work during this corona outbreak. I feel like I'm being led on by your company and that you all have zero intention of refunding my money. I am very angry about this, please refund me what I am owed.
