GBOrder wasn't placed but still got charged.. Hello! Tried to purchase a perfume on this website. On the checkout I've put my credit card information and pressed a button to place an order, after that a window that says that there appeared to be a mistake popped out and that I should try again later. Order wasn't placed but my credit card was still charged.

GBI had an almust good experience with… I had an almust good experience with fragrancesnmore.com. The website is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. The product range is decent and the prices are fair. I didn't have any issues with the website itself. The customer service is not bad and they are kind of responsive to questions. The only thing that could be improved is their communication. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response. Overall, the experience was pleseant and I would consider shopping here again if I need to.
