GBThe order sat not shipping because… The order sat not shipping because someone thought PO# in comments meant PO Box instead of the address put on the order to ship to and bill to. Customer service was quite rude when explaining that a Business uses Purchase Order Numbers for receiving.

GBI had an almust good experience with… I had an almust good experience with fragrancesnmore.com. The website is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. The product range is decent and the prices are fair. I didn't have any issues with the website itself. The customer service is not bad and they are kind of responsive to questions. The only thing that could be improved is their communication. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response. Overall, the experience was pleseant and I would consider shopping here again if I need to.

GBRefund Denied AGAIN Hello again, My name is Lindsay and I left a review back on 3/14 about how Fragrances & More's bank denied my refund for a product that I ordered that was sold out and never shipped to me. And I got a reply on 3/15 from someone named De Haven saying that my refund would be back in my account within 2-5 business days. It has now been 7 business days and still no refund. A couple of days ago I received another email saying that my refund was denied by their bank again. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never in my life had an experience like this with getting a refund from a company online. And this refund is for almost $100, which I need--I'm trying to support my family and purchase items that we need while staying home and out of work during this corona outbreak. I feel like I'm being led on by your company and that you all have zero intention of refunding my money. I am very angry about this, please refund me what I am owed.

GBAwful Awful. I several days and hours shopping and decided to finally purchase a gorgeous table. I purchased from Fragrances N More. I was so excited and then within 2 days they issued a refund to me. Please note that the table was on their website for several days before I actually purchased!
