Magnolia was great! Very thorough and professional! Peter was very thorough, yet efficient. In only a couple of hours he inspected and reported on even the smallest of issues. His written report was thorough and included photos of every element he inspected. He also spent time with us, going over his findings and recommendations, and even texted us later to see if we had any additional questions. Best of all he offered advice, opinions, and solutions.
