Nick was incredibly professional and friendly. He went over his report with us after he was done in incredible detail. Providing us with an easy-to-read thorough document, including pictures, suggestions on items needing attention, and pointing even pointing out advantages of the home. Have never felt more prepared going into a home purchase!

My inspector, Nick, was knowledgeable, and explained issues in language I could understand. He was courteous and friendly, along with being professional.

His written report was thorough and included photos of every element he inspected. He also spent time with us, going over his findings and recommendations, and even texted us later to see if we had any additional questions. Best of all he offered advice, opinions, and solutions.
