They were supportive, proactive and knowledgeable throughout the process. They were very helpful throughout the process: 1. They helped us prioritize any renovations/remodeling/redecorating for the cost benefit and impact on sale of house. 2. Once ready to put up for sale, they helped clarify furniture/ accessories to be removed and staged each room, 3.Their extensive photos were AMAZING, truly showing the house inside as well as outside as well as the landscape in a dramatically positive view. 4. In the midst of Covid, they helped determine an effective time to begin showing our home. 5. The delay enabled us to realize a 17% increase in selling price. 6. We had a buyer at full price with no contingencies within 4 days. 7. Before having us accept the offer, they reviewed the qualifications of the buyer. 8. We had a successful closing with no delays.
