True Professionals! After the Pandemic, RMR found we weren't using our office space very often, our employees love "work from home" to so we decided to put it on the market. Since the market for Commercial office space isn't very hot right now, we were fully prepared to "sit on it" for a year maybe more. To our surprise, just a week after Coakley listed our space we had a highly interested buyer! In the next couple of weeks, we went to a Term Sheet & then onto the Purchase Agreement. The entire process moved so smoothly and we are now the happy sellers of this property & bought an additional property in West Palm Beach, Florida! I'd highly recommend that any Commercial Seller look to use Coakley Realty, they are "True Professionals"!!!
