GBIt’s like sitting on air I received my chair 2 days ago. It arrived on time and was easy to put together with instructions provided. It was for work, so I took it to work. It is so comfortable!! I really love that you can adjust it in all sorts of ways, especially the lumbar support. My back can get to hurting after sitting for long periods. It feels like I’m sitting on air.! Really great chair! Very quiet rolling on the tile floor too. Very sturdy.

GBOne chair doesn’t function correctly One chair doesn’t function correctly. The up and down lock feature does not work. Every time I move it pops me up and I can only sit at the lowest position.
