GBCustomer Service My customer service experience with Odin Lake was surprisingly good. The communication they afforded me upon receipt of my chair was beyond what I see from most other companies, and I did not initially expect it. The issue with my chair was resolved fairly easily, and with intelligence and empathy. The communication was all via email, as they do not provide a service phone number. I broke my first rule of ordering things online ONLY if they have phone contact. I was afraid at first, but it worked out.

GBShipping was super fast and well made Shipping was super fast. Easy to put together. Loved how heavy the frame was, the desk top was super sturdy and well made. The motor is very quiet. This is the perfect desk for me. LOVE IT!!
