The company's customer service is absolutely horrible The company's customer service is terrible. My desk was held up with a "security issue" that their poorly written emails struggled to clarify. I have spent several days (because the agents' response time is long) dealing in an email back and forth, and they never seemed to be able to clearly explain what they needed. I'm not sure the agents speak English very well. I want the very unique desk that Eureka sells, but I will never risk trying to buy a product from this company again.

Eureka Ergonomic's standing desk has… Eureka Ergonomic's standing desk has changed my work experience! The height adjustment function is smooth, allowing me to easily switch between sitting and standing as needed, effectively back pain caused by long hours of work.

Nice and beautiful! This desk is precisely what I needed. It appears to be of excellent quality and has a really nice appearance. It was packaged well. The instructions were clear, with all items clearly labeled and easy to follow—just pay close attention to the picture details, and you'll be fine.
