Very happy with this chair Very happy with this chair. Supportive and easy to adjust once you get used to how it works. Would be useful to have a basic manual on how to adjust each part as I couldn’t figure out how to heighten the back but I did find info online. I will be purchasing another for my husband as we both do a lot of computer work at home.

Are you sitting comfortably? I am! I'm sitting on my refurbished Herman Miller Office Chair as I type this and I can tell you... it is superb. Made all the more so by Corporate Spec, who swapped out my original chair as it did not have the forward tilt facility I had experienced in their showroom. They couldn't have been more helpful when dealing with my request and now I have the chair of my dreams! I highly recommend you give them a try.

Very happy with refurbished chair - a good experience I booked an appointment to view some chair options at their warehouse and was left to my own devices which I appreciated - no sales pitch, I was just told to ask if I needed help. I tried a few and confirmed that I wanted an Orangebox Do. I raised an order online afterward and the chair arrived within a couple of weeks as expected, with delivery clearly communicated. I was very happy with the condition of the chair I received - you'd be hard-pressed to tell it wasn't new. A very positive experience throughout.

Amazing customer service Corporate Spec has the best customer service I have experienced so far, they are quick to respond and to send any missing or broken parts. Michael (sadly I don't know his surname) has been extremely helpful with issue I had, despite one happening months after the purchase.
