He was very knowledgeable, not only about the house he was inspecting for us, but about the history of building and construction in the area. He took the time to explain his findings personally and thus gave us a better picture of what repairs will be needed in the future. I would certainly recommend him to others.

5 Star Service Company (THE BEST!!) Will spent over two and a half hours inspecting this home. From safety issues, such as the hot water being too hot to the most expensive cost, roof replacement, he did not miss a detail. Furthermore, the report was comprehensive with detailed pictures. This information is crucial when negotiating a house from out of state. I highly recommend this company.

His attention to detail pointed out some details we were not aware of and were able to get fixed prior to closing. We also appreciate the Homebinder he had set up for us free of charge.
