Because of that, I was able to back out of the contract and find a better house instead of being stuck with thousands of dollars worth of costly repair immediately after buying a house. Detailed Charming Professional I am a first time home buyer whom was referred to Southern Charm. I was told they where detailed in there inspection and report on the home. I was amazed at the details even the stove vent and ceiling fan globe was checked. Stuff I would not have thought about but are important to make sure are working correctly.
