Detailed Charming Professional I am a first time home buyer whom was referred to Southern Charm. I was told they where detailed in there inspection and report on the home. I was amazed at the details even the stove vent and ceiling fan globe was checked. Stuff I would not have thought about but are important to make sure are working correctly. Extremely Thorough We are very pleased with the very thorough inspection report. Will caught a major code violation with regard to the hot water tank and it was a potential hazard. With recommended repairs, the sellers agreed to pay for the cost which ended up saving us $750 and peace of mind that it will now be safe.
