First order I am glad that someone sell this product however, the shipping is very long. I placed an order and the day after, I have received a note telling me that my order was ready and shipped. I had to wait 30 days before it arrived. I will reorder from your company because the lenses that I received did not fit my view. There were no mistake from your part. I have simply realized that lenses are different from glasses. I see properly with a 2.25 correction on glasses but when I ordered my lenses, they were just too intense for me, I couldn't see nothing but fog. In the future, could it be possible to receive a sample in order to know if the intensity of the lenses is suitable? As I have told you, I will reorder lenses but it is sad to realize that I have no reference if the next ones will fit or not, it is a guess. However, I would like to say that you have a very nice product and that you are very efficient. You also have a great concern for after-sales service. I will recommend your business to others. Contact company that won’t send contacts. First time I ordered from them I thought I had been scammed. No email to confirm the order and no updates. I emailed them with no response. No one talked to me until I got on Facebook and messaged them. Finally I got a email with them confirming and a tracking number. Everything arrived and it was all on just a mid understanding. Now today I sit here after giving them another shot and almost a month of waiting with only part of my order. I ordered a purse, water bottle, contact case m, two Sanrio pins and 7 yes SEVEN pairs of contact lenses. What did I get when I opened the box? The purse, water bottle, case and one pin. Not one contact lens is in here and one of the pins is missing as well. I’m literally sitting here crying because I used the last of my hsa to finally get some nice contacts only to be scammed.
