Products are incredible and well priced by a large margin. Also...... Im located in PA and they are in CA. (3000 miles away) and everything I order (free shipping) is at my doorstep the next morning. The items arrived on time but… The items arrived on time but unfortunately, the end caps for our 10x10 backwall display were missing. We didn't know this until we assembled this for a conference it so it was too late to ask them to ship them. I called later and asked them to send them so I could use them for future conferences. They asked me to send photo proof that they were not received. That is like me ordering a pair of gloves in the mail, not receiving them, and the company asking me to take photos without the gloves on as proof. Completely illogical.

Liars, fraudsters and can’t be trusted, stay away. Liars, fraudsters and can’t be trusted, stay away. Display was shipped with wrong graphics so I had to order a new one somewhere else, and initiate chargeback. Joy displays called me and asked to remove negative review in exchange for a full refund. I refused because that is what reviews are for and since I already field a chargeback. To my surprise credit card reversed the credit after merchant response, I wonder what was they side of the story. Safe yourself time and money and order somewhere else.
